 Change in eligble countries & Mob Points for countries

After discussing with various pokerrooms, we have today done some alterations in the country-requirements to get the different no-deposit bonuses. Some rooms we have added countries and some we have removed countries.
All our casino offers and deposit offers are still available to almost all countries.
As a result of the above changes, we have also changed the points structure in the affiliate system, you can see the updated version in your Mob account, via the "Paytable" tab.
