EPT Vienna: Daniel Negreanu didn't last all the way (4th place)

Daniel Negreanu, the canadian Team PokerStars Pro, had a big chip lead when the final table of the EPT Vienna Main Event began yesterday. He didn't only have the chance of taking down his first EPT Title and €700k - but also to regain the top spot on the all-time money list which he recently lost to Phil Ivey. But Daniel's dream was crushed after 10 hours of play and he ended up in 4th place.

After Daniel was out of the game it stood clear that an relatively unknown player would become the EPT Vienna Champ. It ended up being 20 year old Michael "mae9690" Eiler, an economics student and PokerStars Sunday Million winner, who took care of the first place prize of €700,000.

Big Chiplead, but finally "only" 4th, congratz to the cheater in anyway (we should never forget, Daniel was cheating in live cash games years ago... but therefore he is a very good representative for PokerStars hehe)

He was the only ( almost ) loose player at table and had to push to try to win this EPT. He played wrong a couple of hands only. I'm sorry for Cainelli ( 5th ) boosted with AA (:

How many times chip leaders get the 1st prize? So few times ... In this case, Negreanu has been a victim of himself. Nice performance of Konstantinos Nanos who always EPT worths it for him.

Nanos was very symphatic guy during the EPT. Negreanu seemed to be on tilt in the end - after that 3 way allin pot loss...
