Justin Bonomo Leads Final 19 in $300k Super High Roller Bowl
Byron Kaverman, Justin Bonomo, Super High Roller Bowl.
Posted on Tuesday, May 30, 2017 by "T".
The second day of the $300,000 buy-in Super High Roller Bowl at ARIA in Las Vegas started with 44 runners and finished with 19 after several hours of play. Day 1 chip leader Byron Kaverman finished the day in second place with 2 million in chips while Justin Bonomo bagged up 2.6 million and the chip lead.
Bonomo was responsible for the eliminations of poker stars Antonio Esfandiari and Nick Petragelo in the early stages of Day 2 and then took down a big pot later in the day against Rainer Kempe.
"I just had a lot of fortunate situations - my bluffs worked, my value bets worked," Bonomo told Poker Central. "A lot of people think you're lucky if you win an all in and you're behind - yes, you're lucky, but there's other forms of luck too. When I made a big hand my opponents had a big hand too - there's a lot of luck in that."
Day 3 starts at 1 p.m. local time. We will be back with another short update tomorrow morning!

There are still a lot of top name players left in this tournament and it is still very difficult to see who will eventually come out on top. I look forward to see who does win this

still quite a lot of big names remaining so it's quite fun to spend some time at the tables with these poker sharks... bonomo is right- there are many forms of luck in poker... you can have the nuts and win just some chips from the buff, or eliminate a small stack...

Pays top 7, so if karma is a bitch like he should be, zee Justin "multi-site, multi-accounter", will experience the ugly side of variance and finish 8th.

So thats the player i saw the other day, in the live feed with the hair color matching the table
300k buy in. Another amount of money that some would dream to get and go for long
vacations But for them its not enough
Negreanu is last in the lost. Lets see if he can bounce up.
