In an episode in season 6 of High Stakes Poker, Gus Hansen, the Full Tilt Pro, tried to buy a pot from Eli Elezra with some really bad bluffing from begin to end. What makes it even worse is the fact that Gus Hansen had absolutely no draws or anything and still he couldn't lay down his hand. The bluff costed Gus Hansen around $100,000! However, its for sure not the last time we see Gus Hansen make a crazy play like this one.
Gus Hansen was after the show interviewed by the host Kara Scott. Kara was of course very interested to know what Gus had to say about the bluff which failed.
"I like my bets on flop and turn, but I hate the ace on the river. And still I decide to make another big bet, which really seemed like an obvious bluff. This is probably the worst bluff I have made in my entire poker career."
