VICE, the definitive guide to enlightening information, posted a video regarding casino dealers who shared the do's and don'ts of gambling, proper tipping protocols, and how to behave in a casino.
Helpful Reminder: There are cameras everywhere watching and recording your every move.
In the video, casino dealers told VICE what type of customers they don't like, and they are those who:
Call them bad names
Throw chips and cards at them
Went to the toilet without washing their hands then handle chips and cards
Watch pornographic videos on their phones while playing at the table
Micromanage them
Get french fry grease on the cards
Don't shower and smell bad
Don't tip (dealers get $5 an hour)
Tell the dealer they hope they die
Threaten them after losing
Stab other players with a fork
Sexually harass them
They also shared their weird and zany experiences, like:
One dealer said they have a customer who he thinks is living in the parking lot
Another dealer says high rollers upset him the most
A female dealer had to retrieve a customer's tooth that fell down to the table, put it back in his mouth and pretend nothing happened
One recalled a player put the supervisor in a chokehold that cops had to come over and tase him at the table
Even though these are the things they don't like, one dealer said that the bad and weird things just make up 5% of their job, and concludes that 95% of the time is that it's actually a nice job to have.

Question to readers of this article: When you play at land-based casinos, do you treat casino dealers nicely or are you one of those they don't like?
Always in a casino you have to act as a civilized man. Dealers and other employees must to have the same behavior. There is much frustration is true but it is not normal to avenge people because of bad luck. The character defines us as people.
ofcourse everything from this things are not normal and players should behave good, not to yell or some other bad things, but for me its strange this tip thing!its not fault of players that dealers are payed very bad and that they earn only 5 $ per hour,so they expect to get tips from players!its stupid thing and every players want to make most of casino, not to give money away!
Eh there are some pretty annoying dealers online lol. But people just rage rage at them because of losing streak which is absurd dealer has nothing to do with it but on who else would people rage then lol. Anyway if something goes wrong there is always security so they are good , get alot of tips make good amount of money.
It seems to me that this book is absolutely not necessary, which already explains everything that is known to all poker and casino players .... so, of course, maybe someone will need rules of behavior in casinos .... But if you are a normal person and an adequate person then you follow these rules intuitively
I am not sure did you watch videos but mainly they are asking for a "Tips" because they paid 5$ an hour. I understand if you tip dealer in poker thats okay but tipping a dealer playing Blackjack or any other casino game is stupid to me because why would even tip them? They are taking your money , will they tip you when they do that and this "Dealers" in video literally whine that people need to tip them lol.
Dealers signed a contract with that casino where they work and it is not normal to help customers with advices. They earn a fixed salary or a percentage of what the players is playing here. Their contract is canceled if dealers help the customers and they can have big problems.

some time ago when in Russia it was legal to play slots and electronic poker had a lot of small rooms for these slot machines .... so when the guards and the dealer won, they asked for money all the time .... but it seems to me funny. ... if I want, I will give money .... But if they persistently ask, I definitely will not give anything
And i bet there are more to it than what we read hear, along with stories from some smaller casinos. The most creepy and disgusting of course, was the one with the tooth Put it back in his mouth like nothing happened? WOW. only that i can say
When i was younger i was going to the casino and to play American Poker on the machines. Some of them had a glass pane and i broke it. I was nervous and i punched him. My luck was goood because i had money in the machine to pay for the glass. The employee was okay.
its same thing like waiters in america work for low wages and they live from tips and in restaurants you have on bill how much you need to tip waiter,so its stupid that owners dont want to pay them as they deserve,so customers need to add that amount!this is same thing with dealers!

Waitress get paid more then people in casino thats for sure , people in casino get 5$ for hour waitress around 8-10$ if i'am not mistaken still i would always leave waitress tip then someone in casino because they are actually doing somethnig lol , dealers in casino are just there working for casino taking your money.
I know for sure that there are casinos, that do not allow tipping of any kind to the dealers. No matter what they will refuse your tip, even escalate the thing to the floor manager some times, if you insist And it is clear and simple. They are saying : tips are not allowed. Stop trying to give them money. You are just making their day worst...
