The winners of the Global Gaming Awards London 2021 have been revealed this week.
Powered by Gambling Insider magazine, the annual event is an EMEA-focused awards program which acknowledges performance and excellence across the casino gaming industry. Two ceremonies are held in a year, London and Las Vegas, each focusing on rewarding companies in a qualified region. The Las Vegas Awards are produced in association with the Global Gaming Expo (G2E). This year's winners were chosen by a panel of 50 gaming industry CEOs and executives, and announced by means of an online ceremony on Monday, June 28, 2021.
The big winners of this year were bet365 and Kambi as they secured two awards each. Bet365 scooped up the Online Sports Betting Operator Award, with bet365 Partners winning the Affiliate Program Award. Meanwhile, Kambi won the Retail Supplier and Online Sports Betting Supplier awards.
Another big winner at the GGA London 2021 was Evolution Gaming. While it has won the Online Casino Supplier Award, Evolution-owned brands won three awards in total - NetEnt's Divine Fortune Megaways slot won the Product Launch Award; and Red Tiger's Gonzo's Quest Megaways slot won the Casino Product Award. Red Tiger has won the same award now two times in a row.
Another brand that defended its title is LeoVegas, with the Swedish-based company winning the Online Casino category four times in a row now. IGT, after near-misses over the years, has finally won by clinching the Casino Supplier category.
