LeoVegas Group welcomes Push Gaming to their pride.
On May 1, 2023, LeoVegas Group announced a deal to acquire a majority stake of Push Gaming, one of the iGaming industry's leading and most innovative makers of digital games.
Push Gaming currently offers 30 medium and high-volatility games, including fan favorites Big Bamboo, Jammin' Jars, Razor Shark and Wild Swarm, to 200+ operators worldwide.
LeoVentures, the investment arm of LeoVegas Group, will spearhead this acquisition. The intellectual property, proprietary technologies and development expertise of Push Gaming will boost the Group's content production capabilities, and support plans for continued growth.
While becoming a part of LeoVegas Group family, Push Gaming will still retain an independent entity with its own management team. Its 100+ employees will continue developing high-quality games, which are distributed through their own platform and remote gaming server (RGS). Co-founders James Marshall and Winston Lee will remain as CEO and COO respectively.
