Some countries are simply not as valuable as others, ie. more fraud, less depositors etc. The MobDraw happens every Sunday, with X amount of 5000MobPoints prizes, depending on how many tickets have been bought during the week.

Mob Account - Mob Points & Affiliate - Here you must to read for other details - Overview - Affiliate - Transactions - Use Points - Paytable, but is good to write some commments and after that go in the Use Points and do withraw. Good luck.
