No, I'm afraid it's not possible to transfer Mob Points between members. We don't have any plans of such a feature either.

When did you that here is having this rulest hat we must have earn 5000 points within a duration of 3 months? I thought i can slowly enjoying posting here while getting my points slowly to my payout.

eddielkk andy is talking about a no-deposit bonus.(5k mansion points) The only restriction on cashing out your mobpoints is that it cant all come from posts. I guess just taking up an offer has that coverd.

ok kiddies I think you have confused mob points with mansion points mansion points is the 3 month and mob points is whenever.
