Update Yesterday I sent another email:
Dear Support,
It has been 8 days now since I sent the first email about this issue. Could you please check with your respective department to make sure they didn't forget about this matter ( or fell asleep ). As a regular poster on the BRM forum I would like to be able to report that this issue was solved fast and correctly. If there are any reasons it will take more time, I would like to know those reasons. Thank you in advance,

I apologize for the delay. I completely understand how you feel however please note that we would require some more time. Please note our respective department will contact you as soon as they have a resolution to this situation. I hope for understanding regarding this matter.
So they won't tell me WHY it takes more time I'll give them 4 more days, then nag them again

Till now i havent done that much deposits in poker sites, it is still possble to count them with the fingers of the two hands, but i never had problems. What i would like to try is to withdraw, i never done so, because when i start winning something, i always comit the mistake of playing the winnings, and end up loosing my goodwill.

have some problems but contact to help centre and no problems so hope never have in future good luck all and remember help or support centre is very big forse they can easy help u just contact them and wrote yours problem
I have had several issues of the kind in the course of the years, but mainly in the end it proved to be my own fault because I didn't read the terms attentively enough.
But I have to say, IF you are kind and friendly enough yourself, and you ask nicely, most of the sites will (they always - except in just one case - did so for me) however arrange things for you. The most important thing here is to be willing to admit you were wrong.
But remember : a poker site is a business, and EVERY client (even in the very large sites) is important to them, because they can bring other clients with them. So they tend to go very far in keeping the customer happy.
Just be patient, but don't give up mailing and keep on explaining how the issue came to happen, and in the end, probably they'll figure something out.

I have only played at Bet24, VC and Party Poker and so far no problems. But with so many poker sites out their i guess some will have better support then others

huuuh....I had a lot of problems regarding no deposit bonus on poker 770.....a lot of problems when I requwsted whitrdrawal....I had to deposit twice and send my documents twice but eventualy I managed to get my money.....
