Well, you COULD try to contact the support and find a solution about it, instead of calling them scammers right away Smile

It's not a scam unless it's intentional. And I can assure you, it's not.

It's a s**tty site. I was playing there at the beginning. The graphics are s**t, most of the players are donks and the f*** casino busted my bankroll several times. I play on pokerstars, for me the best site.
