This is my first post, still trying to work out this site, but I thought I'd leave a comment here. I had the same problem, the bonus had not yet appeared, so I contacted online support. Here is what happened:
dahlia S. has joined.
Me: Hello, I have not yet received my $8 no deposit bonus. It has been over 12 hours, could you please tell me what is the problem and when I will receive the bonus?

Well, you COULD try to contact the support and find a solution about it, instead of calling them scammers right away  It's not a scam unless it's intentional. And I can assure you, it's not.

| It's a shitty site. I was playing there at the beginning. The graphics are shit, most of the players are donks and the f*** casino busted my bankroll several times. I play on pokerstars, for me the best site.
