i have another token to the 10k rebuy, worth 25+2.50, ill play that in the next couple of days and might have to play a little bit loser. problem is last tourney i didnt really even have cards to push with...but i guess it might be worth stealing some blinds every now and then.

I dont know your experience in MTT, I play a lot of freerols and are sometimes that the bigest poket pair was like TT, but I anyway was at final table. At begining I usaly play loose and very often I catch the strigt or 2 pairs and I win big pots or even double, if I dont catch somethink at flop and somebody rise I just fold. Its help me a lot in freerols. And of course if I have time I study players from my table, rise against tight and play more tight against loose players. With this way of play Im very often at final table. So good luck.
I got to agree with xxxbchxxx. You are probably playing too tight late on. Learn to steal when you have to. It will help you to not look like a rock as well. Good players have software tracking numbers of pots entered. If you enter only 4% of hands they immediately know something is up.
First stages of a tournament you can be very tight. tournaments are usually loosest at the very beginning with people willing to take risks. You can join the game and get some cheap flops while the blinds are small or you can tighten up and hope to catch someone with a second best hand.
Once i have less than 10 bb and there are antes involved i will get involved with a fair number of hands with good table position. with a 200/400 50 ante game there are 1100 chips in the middle before anyone has entered the pot. If i pick up QT suited on the button and i have 2500 chips i will instantly shove. I can pick up 50% of my stack without seeing a flop. (I will Also shove any pair 5 and up, any suited Ax, any 2 cards above J)
By letting your stack dwindle you almost force people to call you. If you get called and are dominated that is bad luck. But at least you made your move.
Chance to be dealt hands AA to JJ, AKo, AQs 46 unique hands 29:1. Most recent tournament i checked how many hands i had played in was a 140 field rush tournament. I expect to get greater than average hands in a rush tournament. I came 4th with 280 hands. With 40 players left the tournament usually tightens up and slows down. I wouldn't be surprised if you had only played 150 hands. With the odds above you should have been dealt 5 premium hands. To only get dealt 3 isn't really that sub-par.

because it was full tilt site and also they have strange system there one user can always be on the looser way only next bad players on the wining way
so its just sites system problems becaue we try to play 9 players all from 1 country at the one table and 2 times per day all the week and 2 off us wins about 90 % and they allways wins here but in real life they are the bad players just only very lucky cards there this system gives to them

Can i suggest a Book to you, POKER TOURNAMENT FORMULA by Arnold Snyder. If any one wanst to improve their tournament play, this is the book to read. Its not my place to criticise your play but if you read this book you will see where you went wrong and i promise you it will improve your chances of a big cash out time and time again,i swear by it

you obviously dont agree with me so saying the book is so useful as you would not be sitting waiting for big hands while getting blinded away as this was the best lesson i picked up from the book. just a suggestion. didnt know there was a second part either so thanks, ill be on the look out for that
