Nice idea, because the spam has increased so much, u cant overlook it all, so many, stupid posts , just to make some mop points -.-' that pisses me off ^^

I agree, however, i think just lowering the points earned will not solve this. anyways the best i can think of is to just limit the posts that will earn points to say 25 or more. after that number is reached, you can still post but won't earn points.

Sorry for two posts in a row, but this what you say is obvious because you made over 1230 points since january, lol and now when I made about 20 posts I have an alert, it's okay I am not scarred because I don't post smiles, or "okay" phrases only. I just wonder why can't I make such amount like yours in 1 month, ( I believe I can ) how did you do that?

Maybe there should a low limit on the content of a post. Meaning if theres less then say 20 characters theres no point. This would reducve the amount of replies only containing smileys to get points

Did I get it wrong or.... As far as I understand you only get points for posts over 100 characters!
And to the desicion that have been made to ajust the point system - Im just happy to get the "reward" of posting in forum, personally I would post in forum no matter what, it´s a great community ppl. are nice and behaving good

Yes, we only get rewarded for posting wiht 100 characters or more.
And yes, thefodz has made that much posts in a short time. but note that most of his posts are noteworthy and not just spams. he's in the forums all day / all night
that`s a god ider... but i think is hard too write long messeges because i am not the best too write in english... but ther is allot of great posters in her that has many god thing to say. so i thing they maby shoud get better points or the top 5 posters in a mounth should get somthing...?

zitandk, Write what you have on mind, as long as it's on topic - don't think about whether or not you make it to 100 characters The only difference is if you get 8 points (or 3 points for offtopic posts), which in denmark is less than one bubble gum would cost

An alert should be effective against people who are spamming only. If you are not involved in such activities, then of course you have nothing to worry about. The alert becomes a minor detail; insignificant to the serious poster.

Of course, you can make any amount you put your mind to. Please, if this means that the quality of this forum will increase, by all means, please post twice as much. I reached this number because I contributed to this forum with posts. How serious or not they are, I guess you can see for yourself, just take a look around the threads created, the helping responses, and yes, the jokes too, why not?

hmm i think this is a good idea, while id love to earn 10 points for every post, 8 is still a reasonable number and i totally agree that somthing needed to be done...GREAT job admin

Ya, Im not exactly sure why you guys give out points in the forum. I guess to gain some popularity but I see it as pretty much dead money for bankrollmob...Anyway, I cant even calculate how much we make per post cause im so tired..goodnight
