$ 0,02/$ 0,04 limit hold em is easy money if you have a little idea about pot odds. Limp a lot in these games with pocket pairs and suited connectors. Raise only your best hands as you will get called by almost everybody. When you have about $ 25 start playing the $ 1 double or nothings (if the rake is not too high) or Heads Up SNG's.

use good management with the 50 but the 7 bucks just go for it in a ring game or a sit and go woth the 7 bucks or maybe as many small tourneys as possible with the 7 and see how it goes

I think you should play 1$ SNG until your balance hits 150$ and then switch to 3$ SNG . Also you can play cash tables with 9-10 players with the short stack strategy ... double up at the table then get out.Thats what i would do.
