All poker adverts are shown late anyway in the UK usually in the breaks for televised poker cos thats when the target audience is watching. it's pointless showing it a time when kids could be watching. Nothing at all to be offended about. Plenty of violence shown way earlier than that.

As a video it is great and extremely fun. But as a commercial it can be a total disaster. Poker still have a negative image, ads with this type of content will not help it at all.

I found the content way too extreme for a commercial. If I am watching a movie where I know people are going to get shot up or maimed in a variety of ways, no problem, but to just show without any warning would be disturbing for some viewers. My wife would have problems viewing this commercial. That's why she doesn't watch Fight Club with me. Big thumbs down from me.

Pokerstars is great when it comes down to advertising, this add IMO was never going to be sent out to TV, they are targiting Net users, and guess were this add is getting spread rest asure they are well aware that an add showing smoking, guns, blood and death would not be put on air. I like the add myself, in a arety way, however its not a good add to represent poker, lets see if PP bring one out with Mr G insulting the world.
Woooh! My god, what a bad taste. They are dealing with human lifes with frivolity. Violence must not be related to poker, in any way. There are lots of way to be ingenious without appealing to violence.

LOL - safest poker online network should be in the beginning - its a long commercial and some people would not want to watch it to the end after all that kiling spree. I like it, reminds me little of 007 Casino Royale

The fact is that Poker Stars didn't acknowledge that they have anything to do with the production of this commercial There were rumors, also, that the German members of the Poker Stars team were suspended. Still it's hard to believe that PS is not involved
