Hey i play on big bet true the no deposit bonus en also i deposited some money, now i want to take out money, en this is what there options are for witdrawling money there,..
> Once you want to request a withdrawal, you need to send in verification documents. > A copy of your Photo ID (Passport/Drivers License) and a Utility Bill showing your full name and address (no older than 3 months - this can be a Phone Bill, Gas Bill, Bank Statement, Magazine Subscription, Library subscription etc). > If you have deposited trough a credit card, the funds can't be withdrawn back to the credit card, you have to use a 3rd party withdrawal method and you need to send copies of the following: > Copies of your credit card front and back with a signed authorization form to: > [email protected]
I am ok with sending my id en other stuff required, but that you need a third party to witdrawl is just absurd, en i have never seen this with any other site i play on,...
What they want, that i create a third bankaccount special for them???
I really dont get it, en when i sended them why or what to do, well no answer to that,...
so any thoughts about this???
Anybody ever got the same problem en what did you do???

I take it you used the credit card to deposit...credit cards are a pain in the ass, go join neteller or such and get a pre-paid card, its a little hastle to set up but you only have to do it once.
The 3rd party withdrawal is using one of these methods:
PIC Club Bank Wire Moneybookers Quick Cash Use My Wallet Direct Cash Click2Pay Check By Courier (US only) ECO Card Electronic Check (US only)
As informed by the support team you need to send your documents. However, feel free to drop me an e-mail so I can check your account. Eventually assist you with the payout of the payment method of your choice.
I did just vote for the member I think will deserve it, although I have been just a few months on here.
Pitty is that I can't vote for more than one, because I'm sure there are more that deserve my vote, and not just mine. But one thing is that no matter who wins, you guys are really great! Keep up the good posting job!
See you Soon!

hey i have to say that after some research, it is also because of the US law,... They made it very complicated for pokersites en the clients,...
So i will give it a thougt that it s maybe because of that, although i dont have to do this methods en trouble on any other poker-site so far,...
En it would also not be a bad thing that big bet explained to the clients if they asked about this that they would give an answer, so there is no confusion,...
After all not all of the clients that play there are from the US en familar to the law there,...

u get treated by most poker sites like a 2nd class citizen when you have got the ndbs,i bet if u had just opened an account and deposited your own money you would have no problems. It is normal having to show id,usually passport, drivers license and utility bill with your address on it but never heard of 3rd bank account before,i have only ever had problems with poker sites when i have tried to get a ndb which was only2times but i have accounts with about a dozen sites and no problems, only sites when tried for ndbs or its an unusual coincidence, lol! . Anyway im glad u won especially with it being on top of getting your ndb and they dont like that,nice1!

I took already 6 no deposit offer and never had ANY problems. Never was treated by 2nd class cirizen... BRADYboy u had problem doesn't mean u need to convince everybody to listen to you. I had same "problems" with withdraw when i deposit and with no deposit . Most Important are term and rules... read so they won't suprise you. Anyone creating account on MB or Neteller is taking 1 sec and it's rlly izi. Good luck with your problem.

im not convincing any1 of anything so what u talking about, you dont like it then dont read it,im just telling people what has happened when i have tried as many people i referred where saying to me they werent getting it and thats why i tried myself to see what they where talking about. Theres plenty people posting about not getting bonuses, gifts or are being forced to open a 3rd bank account to cash-out which isnt the norm so if u have had6 ndbs then good for you.il tell people about not getting them and you can tell them you do get them, its that simple. Do you realy believe that im trying to convince people about this because i want to,lol, tbh i dont care as i have a b/roll but its not the point, its the principle and these poker sites know exactly what theyre doing,if u are so naieve to think they dont then fine.

Posted by Fackinas: I think you had some problems all poker rooms should pay you if everything is OK so... try to speak with them and ask why ... Good Luck at the tables
They dont return your e-mails unless you have deposited money usually or want2deposit,poker sites are only interested in getting as much money from you as possible whether that be via rake on everything or by getting your details and selling them on to 3rd party, thats why when u do get a ndb its always with strict terms and conditions as they dont want you cashing out especially if u have won it through using their ndb. If u are a regular then e1 knows the hassle iv had,i have shouted enough about it but its not just for me,its for e1,some ppl get, most ppl dont,im done with it,i just thought id name and shame them but then u get these ppl that have got them telling you to stop shouting about it,il say what i want as its not even about the money, its the principle now and il keep naming and shaming them if they continue,i got my ndb from BRM but when tried2log-in to players -only my account had been suspended and they wouldnt reply to e-mails,i then got ahold of live chat and they said it was a management decision, lol, and they didnt know the reason, guy seemed genuinely bad about it but he didnt know the reason, lol, thats what happens,time2play,gl at tables!
hmmm,,,, so whats new,, dont see the probs i have had most no deposit bonus offers with no probs, when there has been a prob fine. wouldnt waste my fingers typing, if they dont want me palying on there site for what ever reason , fine, I agree its anoying but not worth the hassle, as for players only well,, been there didnt like it your not missing much,,
well if you think of the reasoning would criminals or credit card scammers be interested in puting money in ,, sure if it was easy to get out maybe, then you could have money laundering and other scams going on easily, so thats why so much id is needed to withdraw , to make sure its genuine plus being able to reliably verify and track were the money is going, big poker sites are bound by the law its nothing to do with the fact they dont want to give you winings, its the fact that criminals and gambleing have always went hand in hand, I mean to say who financed most of las vegas in the early years,, yes gansters and such

never heard of it
strange you never heard of neteller yes neteller is like them, fees are a bit high compared to moneybookers tho
I have been thinking of starting to use my moneybookeraacc instead of the NETeller, since I feel I do not get that a good exchangerate + teh on top of that take a fee (which would be OK if it wasn't for the rate). How do you feel about moneybookers? Better rates? What is the fee for a withdrawal to a bankaccount?

For transactions involving currency conversion Moneybookers adds 1.99% to their wholesale exchange rates for foreign currency. withdrawal fee - bank transfer/visa - 1.8 euros cheque - 3.5 euros dnt knw exact figures but think neteller charge almost 3 times fee
