I thinked about this bit and here is my conclusion: If there was not NDB offers they wouldnt have traffic. They gave lot of money trough NDB and lot of money is on acounts of people who took NDB offer and earn money playing. They now have decided to close site and all people who have made money by NDB loses theirs money. If they didnt wanted that they would say that they closing site and give people at least two days to make deposit to be able to withdraw. This way they sad that they closing site and dont accept deposit anymore so people who never made deposit lose all money. They will probably reopen site later or they will just open site with different name and skin. This is my opinion.

This does seem like what they are trying to do. I am hoping another skin will buy their player base. I think I have heard this done before but I'm not sure. If not do they get to keep all the money that is on the site? Seems kinda sketchy but what legal recourse could you have? Being here in the states I know I cannot do anything seeing the legality of online poker is questionable anyways which is just another reason America is becoming a horrible nation. But that's for another forum. haha

So I have just learned from live chat that if you have met your play through requirements, and did not make a deposit you are still eligible for a withdrawal. You need to verify your account with a photo ID and recent bill but a cash-out request can be made. 100 dollar minimum for a check (45 dollar charge) and 300 for money gram (45 dollar charge).
Thank you all so much for your concerns for me... It is really appreciated !!
Me and my fellow colleagues at BigBetPoker are not losing their jobs.. Management Team has taken good care of that.
I have been for 10 years in the gaming industry. Started in Horses, Sports, moved to Casino Customer Retention and finally Poker. At BigBetPoker I was responsible for forums posting and affiliate coordinator.
