It's very odd that you didn't got an answer from them yet. I used their support two times, first via email and i got an response after 5 hours or so and second time by phone and all worked out really good. My advice would be to give them a call you you still want to make an account. In the meantime i also got the moneybookers mastercard. It costs just 10 euros per year and you basically got acces to your moneybookers account using the card. Still you aren't examed from the 1.8 euro withdrawal tax. I already tested it by withdrawing 100$ from my pokerstars account. The transfer in my moneybookers account was pretty much instant(in a couple of minutes i got the confirmation) and them i just withdraw them from the first atm(an ing atm which is near my home). Keep us posted!

Good to hear i could help you. As you see i'm located in Europe so there were only eu countries in that list. I was sure they respond really quickly to support. Now i advice you to contact them again and ask whats the fix tax for withdrawing money from your moneybookers account. As i said before all ofer europe the fix money withdrawal tax is 1.8 euro at each transaction. Of course it might be another tax for countries outside european union. The next question would be to ask them if they allow for people outside european union to have their moneybookers mastercard. I really think it's a must if you have an account on them, it's so much more easier to make transaction(withdraw money from atm, online payment, etc.). Keep us posted!

The fee for depositing is $0.67 Canadian. And sadly the Mastercard is only available in the European Union. I'm waiting to see about what the withdrawl fee will be.
Also, I've created my account and verified me email. Do I need to do anything else? Or can I withdraw from Poker Stars into my Moneybookers account right away (without verifying anything else).

You are sure that 0.67 is a deposit fee? On my account they take a 1.9% fee if you upload funds with your credit card and free if you upload funds via bank transfer from your personal bank account. Sorry the hear the moneybookers mastercard isn't available for players outisde european union, it's such a cool thing to have. Once your moneybookers account is activated you have a 3000 USD limit. If you want to increase your limit you can upload funds and your limit will increase with another 3000 USD or you can recieve a verification letter from them and increase your limit with another 3000 USD. To be able to have more than 10.000 USD you need to become a vip member. As for your pokerstars question you need to make a min 10$ deposit before being able to withdraw with moneybookers. So yes you can withdraw up to 3000 USD without any further verification.
