The $3.40 9 man turbos got reduced,that's true. The 45 mans,however,used to be $3.25's,and are $3.32's now. I mean 7 cents doesn't sound like much,but it can reduce your ROI by about 2 % at the end,which can be alot on the long run.
Anyways,earlier I said I don't like the new blind structure. I'm gonne withdraw that oppinion. I just played a session of 180 man turbos and have to say the blind structure is extremely good. The smaller steps at the beginning give you more room to build a decent stack for the middle stage,while in the end stage the structure is faster than the old one (because of 3 min blinds) meaning there's more action,and it also requires more strategy on the final table because of ICM etc.

yea about the blinds after i had a shot of them it was not so bad as i thought it would be, it really takes a while till they get high. about the buy ins was it not the normal 45 seater sngs that were 3.25, i was sure the turbo ones were $3.40. im just curious did you get your gold star playing mircro sngs because thats a feat in itself you must play tons of them or do you play cash games to?

Nope,45 mans were always $3.25's.
And about goldstar,I played alot of cashgames but found out that it's tilting me too much and I can make more money playing SNGs/MTTs. I made most of my FPPs through cashgame at that time. I'm playing SNGs/MTTs pretty much exclusivly now. MTT wise I play anything between $0.55-$5.50 on weekends (thats when I play most of my MTTs) and SNG wise I'm playing $3 SNGs atm,however,I might just masstable the $1.15 and $3.32 180 mans for now. It's no problem for me to play 20+ tables at the same time,it's just a little hard because I play on a 15" laptop.
According to tracking sites,I'm down -$487 after 23K hands cashgame and $595 up in SNGs/MTTs after 671 games,that finally made me realize how much more I could make by just playing SNGs/MTTs. My account is only a little over 2 months old (since thats when I turned 18),thats why there's not that much volume on it yet.
I'm a silverstar now and it's my goal to keep this VIP status. It's not because I think VIP level is important,but it's my goal to make sure I put enough volume in overall and to make sure I can clear 100% of my 1st deposit bonus (Still got $330 to clear till september,need ~ 5500VPPs from now to fully clear it).
Maybe I'll go for gold again in july since I'll have no work/school for the whole month,but for now silver is the goal I'll stick to every month

well............ my bankroll management is all over the place lmao but i play a decent amount of the 180 sngs thats why i was wondering as i dont remember bumping into you and i tend to notice the people who play them alot.
Ive been on a horrible run the last few weeks so im back to the micros at the mo, will prob stick to these $3 180s try grind a roll up again but they take a while to fill up unlike the $2 180s before all the same its scoop starting tomorrow and i will be at least playing the $22 buy in one
If you can play 20 tables at a time you should get your gold star even on the mircos i would think should not be that hard. Ive fell back down to silver star myself but not to bothered but want to keep at least the silver star as its good for points anyway i think i will prob stick to stars as for tourneys no where else compares and if your playing micro tourneys there is no where else you can win a few k for just $2 ( what i mean by that is there is lots of good tourneys for cheap not just a few per day) and im sure i will get used to these sngs they are not that bad i dont think as other sites to go to are prob about the same rake to pay but if you find somewhere its that big a difference say would not mind knowing

Sorry for the late reply, but no I can't even transfer money to another player. Starting to pizz me off. I read in one of the news bulletins that U.S. citizens could withdraw their funds, hell! i can't even transfer to another player. Waiting to here good news from someone or somewhere. Maybe it can reduce your ROI, but as far as I know not many rooms have a lot lower rake at micro's. 15% rake is a little bit too high if you can do just simple math and of course it can lower your ROI, but there are also a few new SNG (damn, why now when I don't have my cash they have HU SNG for $1...) and if you go to 3$ or 5$ the rake is quite good (10-12%). Of course I know not everyone plays such stakes and I also think that this changes are unfair (why the hell $1 SNG has 15% rake, and $5 10%? Well, I know answer when it comes to understanding how pokerroom works, but they could do it 13% and 11% and for sure thos $5 SNG players wouldn't suffer that much and those on $1 level would benefit according to current situation), but I think every Mobster will get through this. Oh I didnt play 180's often,I was mainly grinding 6/9 mans SNG wise. Yeah the $3's filling up slowly is why I mix $1 and $3's,eventhough I could probably even grind the $5's bankroll-wise...but I'm a bankroll nit and since I'm still going to school losing $100 means something to me so I dont think I could take the swings there that easily,even with a BR that consists of about 150 Buy ins.
About the MTTs you talked about,yeah that's true,I went very deep (1 1st and 1 2nd) in 2 MTTs so far,however,those had only about 200 players I wish I could win like 2K or something,I could cash out about 1K and would still have a very healthy bankroll.
SCOOP wise,I might play some next weekend,probably going to sell some shares of my play so that I don't have to pay the full buy in on myself. I'll probably play: $16.50 Ante Up $16.50 2X chance turbo And $22 4x shootout next weekend.
this is totally absurd....wonder will there be a price hike in MTT admin fees as well, if so, time to cash out and go...maybe it is time to focus on a new hobby?

you should give the knock out one a bash BeMyATMplz its really good did it last year, i came about 100th somewhere was doing really good untill a lunatic moved to my table knocked me out all in preflop for his stack with 56 and killed my AK i was sick and going of my rocker tbh lol its the only time i have really went crazy over poker i was so pissed off lol. anyway should give that one a bash was fun i cashed for $200 in it and lots of knock out money even got a royal in that tourney

I#d really like to play that,but the tourney will finish at like pre-noon on friday my time,and I have school next day. My final exams start soon so I can't "afford" missing a day of school unfortunately so I'll just stick to some SCOOP tourneys on the weekend
Yeah I hate joker stars one of the sites that i first started playing not allowed to play there anymore lost with quads 4 times in one day and sent some very nasty emails. Told them that who ever made the card generator should be dunked in a boiling vait of oil and that there site makes me so mad that i feel like jumping off my house head first LOL. So any one that wants to keep there account i would advise you not to say these things in emails they sent me a reply saying very nicely to seek mental help.
