Having just read a few msg's re: ComeOnPoker site, thought i would give my account of recent dealings with the site. First, i should say that i applied for the BRM bonus, and recieved it without any problems, and was able to play for a while, won entry into a few nice Guar. Tourney's, unfortubately was not able to make any cash-ins. So, decided to make a small $25 deposit. I have played on 6-10 sites, and now limit it to sites that accept Instadebit for deposits. ( no charges, quick, hassle free ) I have used Instadebit dozens of times at numerous site, and every single time as soon as the transaction is complete, i flip back to the site and my account reflects the transaction. UNTIL doing it at ComeOnpoker. After following through with all that i was supposed to, you get a message saying 'successful', and some transaction code numbers, and finally a transfer succesful message. All of which i got. But when i went back to play, my account remained empty. This was last Wed. 7th. It was mid-aft., and there cust serv. online help said open til 6pm. Nope. Closed. So all i could do was send email. Which i did. # of them. No response. Finally got to talk live on Friday, almost 2 days later. I gave all the info, confirmation numbers, etc. and thought it would all be cleaned up in 5-10 min. Wrong. I was told to do prt. scrn. and use paint file and copy it over to them ??? Contacted Instadebit, they investigated, and replied back, again all the confirm. #'s. Finally heard back from comeOn cust. serv. yesterday, and all he said was he was confirming that ComeOn doesn't have my transfer or money. So i copied the Instadebit file to comeOn, and recieved another email today from ComeOn, saying they would have a look at it again. I find it pretty unbelievable, ( maybe because i have never experienced a problem with any deposit anywhere ) but to me their customer service ( ComeOnPoker ) is pretty lousy. Meanwhile, my money has been gone from my bank for coming up on a week, and im still waiting. The whole idea with Instadebit is its instant cash/bank transfers, or at least always was till now. If i can withdraw the money, ( if they ever get back to me ) or if i have to play it out, i wiould never go back to this Poker site again. WORST experience far and away by far of any poker site.

played at 3 sites on cake network and all three had poor support, i thought these ppl have live support so may be different. but doesnt look like it. never used instadebit though, moneybookers ftw anyway gl with ur deposit

That sucks, it hard to make a judgement though, sometimes it is fault of the payment processor, not the poker site.. I had a similar problem with a deposit at P.K.R about a year ago;
I made the deposit using bank transfer, it's normally in my account the following night, this time it wasn't so I waited another 24hrs and still nothing eventualy I follow up with customer service, long story short - it took about 2 weeks before they were finally able to trace it and credit it too my account, I had to provide bank statements and such as well proving the transfer etc..
But that's the only time something like that has happened and to be fair it was the poker sites fault, the payment processor fucked up.
It may be the same with ComeOnpoker - it is possible the fault wasn't at their end, in which case it's kind of out of their hands - extremely frustrating to be in your position though.

stop being a dumbass, the only reason there are good sites is because some people tried them and found they were good. and talkin about known sites, just see what happened with fulltilt.

Seriously, i am not gonna provide much info because im too lazy.
But there were alot of things going on before closure that shouldve alerted the members of full tilt. For instance that there was a conman that conned/scammed alot of people over the past 20 years, this was already known before full tilt got closed.
Do some research yourself and you know that people couldve known that full tilt wasnt that trustworthy that most of their members might have thought.

I dont want to jinx it cause like Jess said that kind of mess up can happen at any site from time to time but if it takes so long to deposit makes me wonder how long it will take for a cash out.
Has anyone tried yet to cah out from there or its already soon?

Just a quick update to what ComeOnpoker has done. After sending the Instadebit confirmation, i have now recieved an email from another customer service agent at ComeOn. Now i have too send my bank statements showing the money has come out of my account. Which i have done, and now will wait and see again. Thanks to all for their comments. Re: if it is the Poker sites fault etc... as i mentioned, used instadebit dozens of times, and never has it taken more than 10 seconds. Also they replied with confirmation numbers immediately, while a week later and 4 or 5 different customer service people, nothing is resolved on the ComeOnpoker site end. I will let you know when this finally gets resolved. As many commenters mentioned, if this is a deposit, how is a withdrawal going to go ? Be interested to hear from anyone on that side of the equation. Thanks again to all, except jc1337, in which case i will let the eloquent and precise comments of 'jessthehuman', 'SuperNoob', and 'shoveandtilt' stand, as there is nothing else needed to be said about said tard !

Definitely sounds like ComeOn are dropping the ball on it, I mean, even if it isn't their fault, obviously their support is being pretty hopeless/slow; which is disappointing.
Regarding withdrawals they're probably alright - up until the point something goes wrong and then I am guessing you would be dealing with the same s**t
This is basically the problem with all, shall we say 'budget, services - the actual service provided might be fine, but generally the customer service & support side of things is where 'you get your moneys worth'. Think out-sourced phone support (telecommunications), lack of 24hr online support (or no live online support), poor turn-around time on emails, customer service agents that aren't knowledgeable, etc.
Regarding the similar issue I had on P.K.R - their support (live) is always easy to contact, initially they forced me wait another 2 business days just to 'see if it came through' which was a bit annoying, because it had never taken that long before, so I was fairly certain there was a problem. But once they got unto the problem they generally kept me informed and processed my bank statements fairly promptly and accepted them with no issues and when they finally resolved the problem and credited my account they also wrote me a nice apology and gave me 4 tickets into a $10K guaranteed $5 buyin weekly event which was nice too.
I've never had withdrawal problems with P.K.R - always prompt and when they have asked for documents they've always approved them quickly, and recently when I made a substantial withdrawal they had asked to see photo ID again and my DL has my previous address on it and I explained this and they actually said that was fine and processed my payment very quickly.
I think maybe see how they deal with this once they resolve it, whether they offer to compensate you, offer an apology, etc.

Well I deposited some bucks at Comeonpoker, but through moneybookers. Had absolutely no problems, the money was instantly on my account. I keep my fingers crossed for you, that the problem will be solved soon.
