ok, first to say i dont know come on poker or ever played/deposited there, still, find all this a bit strange and actually its the first time i hear someone's having problems depositing. r u sure it wasn't instadebits fault on all this? maybe they screwed up somewhere along the way and now ur attention is turned to the poker site without doubting the other party involved. once again im not taking sides here m8, just trying to keep an objective view. gl with all of that!

When I signed up for the ComeOnPoker free bankroll, I had a couple of questions during the signup process and they were dealt with quickly and efficiently with live chat. I hope for you that they straighten this out and you get your money back or can at least play at the tables. Still, beware of the smaller sites and how much money you keep in your account there. GL!

I had no problems with any room in the cakenetwork in the past. The best way to clear the problems is a mail to the support again. They can help you better than the live support.

Many times i get automated answers to my emails at Cake poker. There was one particular time that the answer i got was total irrelevant from my question.
I always thought that live support is a plus to any site (not only poker)

Last update on deposit woes. After 8 days, ( and in response to some of the other posts ) and over a half a dozen emails, ComeOnpoker finally sent me an email, and said that after checking everything ( !!!!! ) my deposit was now in my account. The email said they were sorry for the inconvenience, but these delays happen sometimes !!! And that was it. No extra's, not a complimentary tourney ticket or points, nothing, which was a little disappointing. ( Why i would be surprised after all the b.s. i'm not sure ) So basically, i did all that was required when i did the deposit, Instadebit did their part correctly, i had all the correct confirmations and numbers, and gave them these, but this is the explanation from ComeOnPoker that i got. And to top it all off, when i did the deposit, there was an option to claim a bonus of 110%, which i qualified for and did claim. Of course, i didn't receive anything, absolutely zero !! And after everything that has gone on, i could not stand the thought of having to go through eveerything again, so i have no intention of even trying to contact them to get the bonus i was supposed to get. So, i will play out my deposit money, and never go near this site again. Thanks too everyone who commented in support, and for those that have had sucess on the site, i do hope it continues. For anyone else, good luck if you are willing to try. Cheers
------------ Oh ya, i almost forgot. During the 8 days that i was waiting for this to be confirmed by the site, they wiped out any and all bonus points and progress that i had towards any such bonus's, because i was not on their site playing during this time !! Incredible, at least i thought so, until i found that i was not credited with the new bonus that went with my deposit either. ( which as stated above should have been 110 % ) Hopefully my problems are isolated, and this does not happen to anyone else. Cheers.......

didnt expect them to give any tournament tickets but surprised to see the bonus missing. maybe u can try contacting their live support about this if u dnt wanna engage in long emails. hope you have better luck atleast on tables there.

No matter what, and since the no deposit bonus is a never ending offer you should get it by all means. You must contact their support and demand for it. And if in any case you dont get it i dont see the point why you should be playing there. I would hit the cash out at once after that

With all due respect, it was obvious that Pokerstars and FTP were going to get absolutely whammed by the US government at some point. Anyone who thought otherwise was deluding themselves. Only last year there were rumours of Full Tilt being hit hard by the government and being sued for unfair and dodgy practises. They are stlll sorting out the court case from previous members who are claiming cheating, theft, corruption etc, and thats from people who worked for them.
Full Tilt has been under a cloud for a very long time, and it was obvious to anyone who took the time to read about the UIGEA that the US government were just waiting for an excuse to nobble them, and FUll Tilt in their stupidity gave them that excuse and they got exactly what was coming to them.. No more than they deserved either, if the rumours of what they've been up to are true...

Last update on the ComeOnPoker site. In fairness, and to provide a little balance, i think it is only fair to report when something good happens. With thanks to Mober, i took your advice and went ahead and contacted support, regarding the missing bonus. And happily, they responded within 12 hours, and credited my account with the missing bonus money. So there is a little sunshine, and maybe things will continue to improve. So, while overall it has not been an experience i would want to go through again, there was at least some upside. So as i said, thanks again Mober for pushing me to get on them, as the result was as good as i could have hoped for. Good luck to all in their games...... Cheers !!

Grats to you that this problem is solved now. Hopefully you have luck at the tables now, after going through all this mess. As I wrote before, I deposited there and had absolutely no problems so far. GL, see you at the tables...

i knew it was going to happen the second pokerstars payed all teh yankies and full tilt didnt, i was like uh oh thats a big no no if you want to keep your bumhole a virgin and stay outta prison... lol
