Hey guys! I decided to take this gift offer but I don't understand how to deposit there.
After installing Chili, I was shocked that I couldn't simply use a credit card to deposit. I decided to deposit money on moneybookers so that I could transfer it on Chili poker. Now, I've tried 3 times to transfer that money on Chili poker: I click on cashier > deposit > moneybookers > I type in the requested informations > I type in my moneybookers e-mail/password and it works. Then, they ask me if I want to use direct bank transfer, credit card or the money I already have on their site. So here's the problem: Since I already deposited on moneybookers in that purpose, I pick the third option because I don't want to deposit again, but the money does not get transfered, I only get logged into my moneybookers account and I still have my money.
I have used moneybookers a couple of times on other sites, I don't understand what's the problem here. Help me please!
Is there a way to use the "send money" feature on moneybookers instead of using chili poker's cashier?

never happened with me but i never used credit card to deposit either i think u misclicked on 'not for gambling purpose' while depositing from credit card.

Ewallets are touchy and im afraid its been ages since i messed with paypal or neteller thankfully. Id always go with asking support because it could be something very simple and they will likely have a FAQ section with moneybookers problems. Id wager its simply stating the recipient of the money on moneybookers site but its been ages.
If noob is correct and you would rather use visa but have been declined due to card holder restrictions then the answer is the card is no good for online gambling. In Canada they have Visa prepaid and i invested 100$ in one only to find it wasnt allowed to be used for gambling. Mastercard vanilla prepaids are accepted though for example.

@MicroMachina: I can use my visa on moneybookers, but I can't on most poker sites.
I deposited using a prepaid Mastercard on an ipoker site...the nightmare was the cashout...had to go with wire transfer option...never again the fees were brutal Support will figure how to get your money on the site into your account, I'd stay with Monneybookers for a smoother cashout

Hi,in mails from BRM says to the end of the year,Iam not sure that is 1 month I will be over with PKR gift offer today 3 days on 0.2/0.4$ tables 6 players and I have same amount which Ideposited,when I finish that I will go to chilli poker gift 400FPP BRM said it's 10-15$ fee same like in PKR,so I expect to finish for 4-5 days most and for moneybookers I will tell you what will be when i will do deposit,bye

Are u sure its just 30 days? i ask coz i just started the pkr one but the amount of time i have to play a day wont let me finish it before 1 month + thats for sure. Even more coz im still playing the gutshot ndb ( almost done just a few more points to go) leaving me even less time for those 1500 points on pkr. they're quite easy ok ( when u know what ur doing) but 30min/1h every now or then makes it not that simple.

i think both gift offers are valid only till december, so you only have few days to complete the requirements. if they remove the offer, there will be no option of claiming it after that.

Yes that's what I was scared of... With the holidays and everything, I might not be able to play enough hours to release the bonus before the end of december. I hope Tony will be able to answer that question to confirm, but I'm pretty sure you're right

I'm also interested in this issue, concerning the Chilipoker gift. I had no idea there was a timelimit set for it, as I recall there wasn't one on the earlier iplayed through (just that it couldn't take way too long time, or something similair I think tony wrote).
Now I have been ill for a few days, and I can probably make the points until newyears eve, but that would call for more playing than I really have the time for.
Edit: Maybe it isn't 30 days, since I applied for it on the 14:th of november, and the green claimbutton is still there on my bouns.
Or maybe it is just there anyway, to spite me...
So, what's the deal? When does one have to have finished the Chilipoker gift?

I have read the email too regarding the Chilli poker gift. It says that it will be available till the end of the year not that you have to clear it in the same time. @ GeT_RiGhT. I believe you are wrong here.
There is no time mentioned for the 400 points. The mail says that the offer will not be available after that. There is no way asking you to clear it in 10 days. But admin can assure you about this too

When you follow the instructions correctly, for the gift offer, you will be inserting your Chili username (or whatever it is, user ID, etc) immediately - actually before you even begin playing. This adds a "claim gift"-button visible in your "bonus requests"-lists on your personal Mob account page. Then just click the "claim gift" button once you've qualified.
