The much talked about BOOM documentary could be finished by November this year, co-producer Jay Rosenkrantz wrote in his blog on Monday. He doesn't know the exact date when the film will be released nor where it will be possible to see it, but he hopes to have the final version ready for the South by Southwest Film Festival in November.

It says it has been much talked but it’s the first time I am reading about it. But, if well done, i believe it can provoke a change in the way many outsiders look at online poker lovers. There was already time for someone to do this, I’m one of those who talked about this here at this forum perhaps more than a year ago, but the lack of support always make other, well prepared and stacked, to go ahead first with good ideas like the one used to make this documentary. Just hope I can find a way to see it when it's released.

I have to agree with the post above, i mean for those that are involved in online poker know whats what but i think this movie will be a great way to inform outside people about it...
As for the absolute poker scandal that they have in film i do not think there will be so many new info, most of the facts are out already.

Sounds very interesting! can't wait to see it and hopefully it won't be difficult to come across in the video world. I think this could actually bring some new light to the U.S. government so that they figure out it's not what they think and will allow U.S. citizens to get involved.
