I've never read it with big attention,but in almost all online casinos one needs to multiply the ndb for a big number (in one of them i read i had to do 1000 times more than the ndb) in order to be able to cashout. It seems you did enough to cashout the ndb (those $50 you got) but not to start cashing out the money you made at the tables. So, in fact, you are already geting profits with all those moves, because you only deposited $25 and you already made a withdrawal of $50, but you didn't put the hand on what yuo wanted, which was a part of the hundreds pf bucks you made playing. Sad...

I did not get any money my friend !!! not even my own 25 euro i deposited ! first they said i only get 25 euro of the 800 euro winnings and a day later they said i played more then 30% of the time on 1 slot so i only get my 25 euro deposit back IF MY ID IS APPROVED! So they steel my 25 euro depo PLUS 200 EURO i should get from that 890Euro i won

Looks like casino didn't make money from slot, lol. So they trick us. Di you know how slot program in on line casino ? I ever ask at SBO Casino, they said every player just play at ONE table at one kind of slot ! I mean If we play slot A today, and 2 days later or 10 days later we just play at same table! not random table. Do you know different ?

Casino bonuses are the most "trickiest" ones. They keep adding things to their terms in hope that no one will notice, so that they will have the advantage later. And this is the first time i see this stupid rule of 30% in a single game.
Always read the rules, Terms And Conditions before playing in a casino and even more when you are about to deposit.

calling u a bonus abuser is a bad move- even if u are the sh1ttiest customer of all, no decent employee shouldn't tell u this in your face. that's just not professional. the way i see this- u didn't read the small print, which u admit yourself - so basically u broke the contract, they have every right to kick u out with empty pockets...i know that's harsh, but that's the reality. gl in your future ventures

Agree... Just cannot comprehend why the hell they blocked his account. Even if they truly suspected he was trying to abuse the bonus doing that they just lose all reason in my eyes. Technicly you did some kind of bonus abuse but you werent aware of it so they could have handled it different just by letting you know you can only payout 25 and pointing out the bonus rules and term and conditions..there was no need for them calling you names and treatning you is completely out of order.
