I just won a ticket in a satellite with 500 places paid out of 10000 players, on my first attempt.
These hyper turbos are pretty much just standard push of fold strategy all the way to the end.
In the end I folded into the money having just 1BB left when it was all over (that's just how I like it; it feels wrong to finish with a big stack, since it means you took too much risk)...
It seems like the main event will pretty much be the same format, except you start with 1500 chips rather than 500...

i ve won the ticket & that happened fast ,then i find out that where private tournamet to with 1000 enteries and even on freerolls on 15.06 a tournament with 10000 enteries .hope i can win the event cuz last 1 was won by...gwes !!..Mother Russia so this time the winer will win 25k an an enteri in guiness book .

Thanks for the advice out there bor. This is for sure one of those tourney you don't wanna miss. Just got to be lucky with my job schedule now and hope that I wont be working on this day so I can work on this tourney

And they have a lot of nice freerolls to qualify for the wr tourney tomorrow. 500 from 10.000 player get a seat, a verry nice structure and a good chance to qualify. And the payout structure in the wr tourney is verry nice, gl all mobsters!

Yup//// Just registered using my free P***************e ticket which we PSO members all get for nowt other than being PSO members...... theres evena 0.01c sit n go going at the memonet and half a million or so free tickets in a freeroll later tonight....do you think Pokerstars are worried they may not get the numbers they need?
Qualified twice today once through the 10000 player 500 chip qualifier and in the mega 10000 seat qualifier plus have a free ticket from pokerschool online this turny tommorrow will reach the maximum no doubt early on it will be a donkfest for sure just be patient anf yu will make the money GL and may a mobster make the final table

Even if they succeed this tournament already turned out to be a fiasco for stars. They were expecting everyone to hand out a dollar for their ( pokerstars) fame and glory of having the biggest online tournament ever. Now they're giving out tickets like crazy and the result will be the biggest and donkiest tournament/freeroll ever. write that in history books ah!
