Action Poker - canadian SCUM  0
I've an old account there opened in 2009 with help of BRM, didn't use that poker site for a good 3 years.
Last week they sended me a promotion mail with a quite atractive offer:
deposit just a $10 and we'll double it up instantly and give you an $60 worth ticket to $20.000 guaranted tourney.
So I made a $10 deposit to try my luck in that tourney and didn't reach the ITM.
I use my bankroll to play at poker slot machines and won like 35 $ which I tried to cash-out 2 days after my deposit.....but suddenly withdraw section in the poker client casher has some kind of software mistake and it's no possible to withdraw even a cent from there.....SCUM !!!!!!

Every site has some cash out restrictions but in your case its absurd you should send an email too that site never heard of action poker GL

You must contact support for sure!

I mean the money you deposit and win you should always be able to cashout, on promotions there might be restrictions but for the money you deposit you should always have acces to them!

"...Canadian SCUM..."...??? A little bit strong language there don't you think...?

I've never heard of Action Poker either,...but when I went to their website I found THIS:

ActionPoker is owned and operated by Ecom Enterprise NV, a fully-owned subsidiary of Playsafe Holding AS, a publicly-listed company in Norway (OTC).

How do you know it's Canadian...?

Will you be playing with your polski ogorki later...? Big Smile

i think its not a canadian site esspecially, bt there are a lot of canadian players in Action Poker or Paynorake or Tiger gaming (all same software and Chicopoker network)

sorry mascona, bt dont expect to get l 1 ct winnigs from them , they are cheaters and blacklisted ...

after in 2+2 people said that their got money from Paynorake beginning JUly after waiting months for their wihtdrawals, i thought i give them a chance...

i deposited 50 $ with Neteller and played 2 days or so NL real cash- won 20 $ and made then a "test" withdrawal of 25 $ (minimum ) and unreal,
i got my money within 10 hours...!
i was impressed, that they really cash out now and start to grind and play tourneys with my rest money of 45 $

i had much much luck and made form 45 $ unréal 671 $ (including a big prize in a tourney)

so far so good, time to cash out more money and i request a new withdraw of 250 $ at beginning of August !

til today i got nothing from them, always new ecxusions like ...next week, next days..all is correct and fine, rest assured you get your money soon to your Neteller account...not a working day....nexts week... its weekend...we had tech probs..and so on and so on

on´ly tricks to delay and avoid the valid cash out, they delay it with force in hope , that i will lose the money in side games ...

it seems they only cash out amounts under or maximal equal to your deposit amount,
bt there not cash out winnings unf..

so i am sorry, i dont believe that you get your money, i am only just wondering that theiy have usually 3,4 tables 5/10 $ ! NL full at ex. Paynorake /ActionPoker/ Tiger gaming and that they have still every day on top of 3500 players online and they come more and more

i think Action Poekr or Paynorake is joke, they kid us ...

That's why small sites have a hard time surviving nowadays. You read stories like these and always get cold feet before making a deposit coz in the back of ur mind ur always wondering if u'll have ur money back in the end or not. There are exceptions obviously like yachting poker for instance but the main rule (at least for me ) is: Deposit into a small site at your own risk.

Everything being sh!t would seem to be a great way to tell if the site is Canadian, however as a native born Canadian allow me to give you a few more clues as to whether a poker site is Canadian:

- Is their mascot a moose or a beaver?
- Do their bonus offers show pictures of Canadian money, which is rainbow coloured when you put all the different bills together?
- Is every fifth word in their terms and conditions the word "Eh"?
- When you play their freerolls, instead of money do they offer bacon or donuts?
- In your choice of poker avatars, can you select a Mountie?
- Instead of playing tournies to win a ticket to WSOP event, do you play for tickets to a hockey game?

Any other canucks care to add?

Incidentally (and I haven't looked at terms and conditions), but if you accepted and played a ticket, (which is part of bonus), then maybe you just need to clear the bonus points?

I know on sites I play, once you have 'taken' part of a bonus and spent it, you have to clear points

------------
Also, poker deposits normally need to be cleared by playing poker.

If you played slots, that wouldn't clear any points

I don't give a f.... about a $10 deposit, it's just a way they are trying to keep it .... everything is working fine in the Cashier section until you push a withdraw button and suddenly you can't see the letters or your own Skrill mail address.
.!.

I think you did not read the terms. Most poker sites, deposit bonuses needs you to clear the bonus by playing on normal tables not on side games such as slots, bingo etc..

Its your fault I guess, email them and check what you did wrong, I dont think they will steal $10 as this is not a lot!!

Keep us updated man.

There is a chance not being able to cash out due to terms in deposit bonus.
Cause in the majority of the sites you can use poker bonus to play casino games.

That besides if the site is a scam or not Smile
