The hunnies have hopped off with the bunnies, and all because it is Easter time. It is hardly fair that at thei wondrous season of Easter that the candy has dried up. Get the hunnies bunny back and posting candy for the masses. Urgh! Just had a horrible thought about dried up candies.... Not a good thought!

< RED PEPPER Jelly Fills about seven 8oz jars. Ingredients: 2 cups red bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped or ground 5 1/2 cups granulated sugar 6 oz liquid pectin 1 cup apple cider vinegar 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper Directions:
In a large, deep pot, stir in the bell pepper, sugar, cider vinegar, and cayenne pepper. Stirring constantly, boil the bell peppers over high heat until they reach a rolling boil that cannot be stirred down. Add in your pectin and continue to boil for an additional minute. Remove from heat and quickly skim off the foam. (Tip: if you add a little bit of butter to your mixture, it should help reduce the amount of foam that you have to deal with).
