Google is your friend Big Smile

I know a couple none of them same quality as cardrunners (not picture quality but Sensei quality plenty to learn from though) but don't think it is allowed to link since they all got rakeback offers but I'll give hints lol google....search.....pokertrikz...go go go Smile

If you're serious about your poker game, then you really should signup and pay for the videos. I'm sure cardrunners didn't get so big as they are, by providing bad videos. Watching - and learning - from those videos will most likely make you improve your game and make the price worthwhile.

Thumbs Up M3, some nice advice there, found a few more good vids but admins right I should just pay, but I know sites like this will be compeating for ppl whilst starting up so am trying to get in for free, the vids are worth the money, i do ok now but I want to crush the game, books are good but im not a big reader so the vids help a lot.
I think soon there will be floods of sites like cardrunner, and possably offers (BRM?) from pokersites to get membership. (if BRM could do this i think it would quite profitable)hint.

Just go watch some samples at pokerxfactor or stoxpoker or google it "poker videos " or something like that, theres like over 20 sites I know of. Theres hours of free videos, don't waste your money or at least I'd never waste my money when I don't have to.

I just got an email, 2 weeks free membership at popular site, I'll try it out.

Samples are no good and i dont want to scrall the net for bits and bobs, i found a list of sites, (cant name most do offers) but most still charge the ones that dont have very few vids, had a look at xfactor and stox, its ok but for the good stuff you need to pay and the teachers there aint all that good, but the quiz is good way to learn.

What do you guys think is the best of this sites? Cardrunner, deucescracked or another site i am not aware of? Confused

And is a membership is really worth it if you just grind the low limits. And so do not have to much won at the end of a month?

You are too greedy GeneYuss stuff like Cardrunners and software like PT3 are more than worth the money imo. Wasting money?? When you save 17$ or whatever Cardrunners weekly fee is and go watch some lowroller/wannabe-pro you may learn some good things and you might get some bad habbits which cost money. You save 17$(if you don't learn bad habbits then it might be a negative buisness 4 u) which is nothing compared to how much more you'll win pr session if getting the right knowledge. You could improve your game drastic by taking these vids serious.....you gotta watch them like it's your money and your in control so you got max focus on it an thinking about every move and not just watching it like a bad Steven Segal movie.

You're probably thinking why should I pay for it when I can find it free......because the free knowledge is not filtered it's full of incorrect beginner moves and mixed together so you'll spend alot of time trying to find the data you need and when you do you don't know how much you can trust it and maybe it's not explained so you understand it fully. At fx Cardrunners you get the exact facts you need very concentrated and fully explained by elite pro's so you understand it 100%.

Start seeing poker as buisness instead of a game, invest time/effort/money in it and your results will show on buttom line way beyond the 17$. The faster you gain the knowledge the faster you earn money, so professional help is a fast way to become a solid player and ofcourse way more profitable than saving 17$. Sure you can get just as good without paying for anything but ofcourse it's much slower and less profitable when you have to search for doubtfull data.

EDIT: on most educational pokersites you can get 7 day free trial you have to register your credit card so if you want it free you need to cancel it before the 7 day trial ends.

Cardrunner, but deucescracked is very good too, watched a few of thier vids, the vids i seen seamed to miss a few things out, like mentioning position when playing a demo hand, but overall good. (i guess they already go over parts so dont mention it again in each section)
And for low limits, yes, you dont have to play 1/2 to earn good money

Check out this vid :} http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7lAc3m9inoY

I haven't invested 1 cent into online poker and don't think I will. There is more than enough free content to watch/read 1-2 hours a day. And the free content is quality stuff too.

I may invest in a poker program but not videos cause there is just so much free content.

Maybe I'm wrong, I just play as a hobby and don't see a reason to pay $17 a month when I don't have to.

Yep. This is my approach too. I dont want to throw the hart won money out of the window. Smile

For the really high stakes i have neither the nerves nore the money.

@GeneYuss

Most people who watch instructional videos are not good enough to decide wether it's quality or not and besides that they shouldn't but instead have full focus on learning.

Let's say we make a bet of 10K $, who will get from Ontario to Quebec the fastest. You decide to walk cause it's free I buy an old car for 1K$ because I believe it will make me win the 10K$.

Do you think the 1K$ I spend on a car is a waste?

I think its more like this. We both have a goal, lets say ontario to quebec. Doens't matter who gets there first. You invest in a GPS, while I don't think I need a GPS and I ask for directions for free. You get there faster than I but is it worth the money for GPS? I guess it depends on a few factors.

B1gfoot, I watched some of his videos. Some stupid but some funny parts too. He reminds me of Jeremy from www.purepwnage.com "Life of a Pro Gamer" lol

He listed push ups under his list of Interests and Hobbies lol

Yer was kinda stupid but found him unders deucescracked as a teacher??
"Most people who watch instructional videos are not good enough to decide wether it's quality or not" M3 what makes you say that, id say most ppl who invest in such sites do so to improve there winning play, not loosing playes trying to get good, so id say they have a good idea of what is good and bad,(also this is relavent to how ppl learn, for me im more of a visiual learner than a listner or reader)
you might think a teacher is bad and anouther person will take a lot of info from them.
Your goal is to improve BR whilst outhers might be to improve game* (with this comes more money and less risk)*using the get there faster annolgy
Playing higher stakes does not make you a better player but mastering the stakes you play will.

Maybe i can use some teaching, i know my game could be better.
I make profit sit n go's $10 / $20, but my bankrollmanagement tells me i must play $50 but i'm afraid i gonna be crushed lol Tongue
So ill wait and learn to get better and better, maybe not the right strategy but i am afraid i go downswing if playin higher stakes Smile

Im like you playing well under my BR, but i dont mind.(on 5/10 should play 50/1)
But getting some tuition of any sort can only make you play better, id advise get a program such as PT3/sharkscope, and see were you lose or make the least etc, then cross refrence it to find the info to help you. Find your weak spot and make it strong.
