@B1foot

I was not trying to sound smart, I watch alot of learning videos my self. My point was you shouldn't sit with a filter on when trying to learn but find an instructor you truly believe in so you can concentrate on sucking everything in Smile

btw. I think development is more important than grind, both needed though.

@GeneYuss

The faster you gain the required knowledge to beat a certain level the faster and more you will win so ofcourse it matters who gets there first(imagine how much money you lose/not win because someone got there before you). So my point is just that I see it as an investment in me as a player and not an expence.

Who do you think learns fastest the person who only get free knowledge
or
the person who get free knowledge + professional help?

I only care for bottom line, every litlle leak in game are costing money the faster you fix'em the more you win. The more you play the more important is it to close leaks. And the more winnings are huge compared to 1 months membership fee.

M3turbo, have you signed up for membership?

I think if you read poker articles, download free ebooks, watch free poker videos than theres no need for paying. I haven't tried out a membership so I don't know what I'm missing..Would like to checkout Daniel Negreanu's videos on pokervt.

doomdy, I'm the same. I'm still playing low limit sngs. And move up depending on how good I am playing. I'm sure I will try $20 sngs soon.

M3turbo, I remember you telling me about a site that helps you 1 on 1 training. Was that a good site?

I know a lot pros that give free lessons, you just have to play them headsup $100/$200 Smile

Im a member of danish poker university which has boosted my game Smile

They have a huge list of videos in all category except FR cash:

Software

HU cash

6 Max cash

Satelites

MTT+MTT-rebuy

Math/preparation/goal setting/how to analyze/how to analyze based on PT stats/etc etc even how to set up a bot Tongue

Danish poker university is the best thing that happend to my game that's why im so fond of getting the right coach.

I also said I believe you can get just as good without paying for anything but it can't be discussed which is fastest.....looking for the right knowledge or being fed with it it's pretty obv.

Alot of gold threads on 2+2 imo.

Through my pokertime I have accumulated quite a free poker libary the folder says 292 files containing but probably hell of alot duplicates haven't had time to sort it or read it Tongue

My plan is to get private IRL coaching from Turbofluen or Sasuke next month or the following. Depending on this month's game and how expensive the Amsterdam trip becomes. Maybe you "know" Turbofluen he was in Fulltilts 25K$ HU-match and Sasuke is high stakes NL chef (50/100). They charge 200$/hour which is below standard price for high stakes coach but still alot of money for me if I want 2hours/week for a month or so Smile

That true M3 think i miss understood your point, been rushed of my feet so didnt take it in proper, id like some lessons from russell carson, but dont think thats gonna happen any time soon(tourn play as im gonna be doing a lot soon) or Brent hanks.
Im slowly learning how to anerlize using stats(did wounders for my mid position play), but they are to low at the moment, wish i had PT a long time ago to get the full benafit.
Doomdy, if you do a bit of back tracking M3 has already siad (in a way) you will get a ball point Smile
