I wait for him to react and suddenly he checks and the first thing I see is the timebar saying....2...1 Mobster has timed out and folded. WTF my internet must have lagged or something pretty bad timing with this setup

Posted by doomdy: I think its really crab when automatic fold when dont react in time thats crazy
So a guy who has decided that he had enough beats and sits out can hold up the whole table? It is not funny for a player who has lost the internet connection, but after a while the hand has to be continued.

Posted by M3turbo: Yeah I know what you're saying but it could check if possible or fold if bettet like other sites.
Some sites have a disconnection protection. You are then viewed as being "all in" at the point you lost the connection. So you will not lose the hand without a showdown. Naturely this feature has been misused. So a lot of players dont like it.

DP/I report people when they disconnect then Party investigate their use of the feature if anything looks suspicious they block the DP on that account.
But I had connection when timed out so it should check like on Ipoker and only fold when facing a bet.

I lost to a straight flush yesterday, just $2. I few time ago I made a royal straight flush, it never happened again... Well, the most important is to not tilt after a bad beat or something like that, a lost oportunity

Ya, happened to me so many times I bought myself a external harddrive to unload my computer and looking to upgrading the ram to 1gb. Was thinking about buying segate 1 terabyte internal drive, can fit lots of junk on there and was on sale for $130.. But maybe should just buy a new computer.
Anyway, thats why I like pokerstars cause extra 60sec time bank.

Yeah I would like a timebank on Party and Ipoker please actually I find it weird they don't have it but I guess it's -EV for them(less hands pr hour/less rake).
------------ Hehe GeneYuss im thinking the same, would like some more ram but maybe I should just buy a new laptop

For me, I've decided on upgrading the ram from 512mb to 1024mb. I seen the ram for like $30 but hopefully I find a place for $20 than it would be worth it for sure. But I may buy one too just for playing poker.
My mini computer from RBC is in the mail. I wonder if I can play poker on it.
