Ya, do you use both monitors when you play M3turbo? And how does it work?
I have 2 computers both pretty much the same, 512mb ram, 2.4ghz, 17" monitor. 24" looks awesome. I seen a TV on sale that is 42" at $750, can be used as a monitor but I think its a little too big.

Yes I use both screen when playing. 4 tables fullsize on 24" and the lobby+PT3 on laptop screen. I often go to check in PT3 how an opponent plays so I like allways having it up and im allways on a look out for soft tables so I like having the lobby up and running. Table selection is my force you don't have to be shark to win just have to be able to find someone worse than you self
GeneYuss I've tried to play on big tv screen and it's not recommendable. The resolution is to low. Best resolution is min 1600*1200 since all the pokerrooms tables run 800*600 so that's 4 tables fullsize.

No my laptop doesn't have DVI only VGA like I said nothing fancy .....may I ask why you ask?

Cause VGA usually does not have a good enough quality to connect a 24" monitor. And Compaq is so long gone, that i wondered if this laptop really had a DVI connector. If you should win enough you should consider to switch to such a laptop. Your eyes will thank you.

Ok I don't know much about PC's and stuff but I really miss that DVI when I watch movies from my laptop. I think this laptop will hold 0,5-1 year more for me but the next will be with DVI. Thx for the tip

That's pretty cool, playing on two screens. My sister's husband has a double montior, pretty cool, he uses it for his music studio stuff but I don't need 2 monitors. I'm going to be like rainkhan, just need one monitor I seen some people on youtube, 16 tabling on 4 monitors but I think that's a waste.
I can fit 4 regular size tables on my 17" screen with a little overlap but it'll be nice to get a 24" screen. How much did yours cost?

Happened to me few times as well, thats why i do not play slow hand any more I have a good hand (NUTS) all in before i'll loose cause of the connection!

Some sites have a disconnection protection. You are then viewed as being "all in" at the point you lost the connection. So you will not lose the hand without a showdown. Naturely this feature has been misused. So a lot of players dont like it.
