Action Poker Support told me it's my fault for gambling, I told him, there's a difference between gambling and getting cheated. Than he told me something like everyone can do it so it's fair.
Whatever, haven't decided what I'm going to do.

I think you answered me something like, you would suggest me to play at tables without DP. And also said you would use it your self if you got the chance.
Don't know if I remember correctly but that's how I remember it.
Partypoker quickly checks the suspect DP abusers prior use of the DP feature and blocks it for use in future if they find something suspicious which they often do in my cases. I have reported alot now. I also note them and hunt them untill they've payed back (low life I know but can't stand cheaters and revenge is sweet imo)

sometimes what u do comes back to haunt u. i can only hope this in my case. BUT it is also not nice to laugh at someone who maybe said something off or wrong to you in the past as it makes you no better than them. Live and learn. if you stoop to the level of someone who mocked u or said derogetory comments then .................best of luck to you.

I think you misunderstand me.
Im not laughing at GeneYuss at all, I think it's sad for him and terrible by ActionP in this case.
I just remind him of his own thoughts on this subject 6-12 months ago or when ever it was. It was not ment in a harsh way which I think GeneYuss will understand, we have spoken alot here on BRM through time. Im pretty straight forward which often gets misunderstood when seen in writing here on the forum but nothing to it.

Every player gets 2 all in protections, these can be reset and when they are requested to be reset my CS team look very at every request, any abuse will result in accounts being closed, i have to say in 1 year at working for Action I hav never heard of this being a problem, if you know the usernames send me a private email I would be more than happy to look at the accounts.

Thanks for replying. Most pokerrooms have this problem, not just Action Poker. Around 8 times this happened on Action Poker. I've only noted one username. I emailed [email protected] about it and he said "After reviewing _______ ALL-IN reports, I noticed that he has not done anything similar in last two weeks." I guess it's possible he disconnected unintentionally but I just don't think it's how poker should be played..I love playing at Action Poker. Nice reload bonuses, lots of action so I'll probably stick around.

Hehe no need for apology but couldn't help my self from bringing it up.
I make them pay back by being better at poker, so I simply hunt them untill they make a mistake big enough to cover what they "owe" me then im done with them and go back to hunt my standard buddy list

haha, I thought maybe you hunt them down and disconnect on them. But you're a classy guy, no need to sink down to their level

This has happened to me a few times on Action as well although not enough to want to report. I have disconnected once or twice in a game myself, and sods law, it happens when your in a big pot - thus commencing you running around like a nutter trying to get reception...

Well i hate ppl disconnecting during a hand vs me too. But lately i'm getting disconnected myself pretty often and thats annoying too when your holding a premium hand or even the nuts. p.s. i have a dsl connection with a respected internet provider. When disconnected from the poker client my other internet activety works like a charm.

Yep it sucks but as long as the sites let it happen it will go on, I know shawn does a great job and doesnt want action to get a bad name but with few players the ones who dont abuse it will be thinking of going, as it stannds out like a sore thumb. Why should you the honest player have to suffer and lose out to a cheat. It should be time out,(fold) not a get out of jail free card.
