We see here two versions and maragatero is showing also emails. A bit complicated issue, but at the end with the help of BRM, the problem was resolved and maragatero got his prize. All ended good after some fuss, so now cross your fingers maragatero and be one of the winners tomorrow Good luck.

best will be that he forget on it and that he finish with this slots tournament!he will have problems with cashout even if he wager this amount!so dont know why he will spend so much time on it!but thats on him now,even if he solve problems with live support!

You read what is writing in the emails? Have you found there some explanation of the process to register and play? Well i did read everything you wrote, including your emails Im not taking the site's side, im just saying that each one gave some info about the incident, with you giving more with your email correspondence. And no i didnt see any info on how to register. Gut how hard can that be, if the tournament is available in your platform. Since you are in to play it, and they have live support, just talk to them.
MARAGATERO Unfortunately I saw this topic too late. But can be in the future someone use to anyone. Slot tournaments are different from poker tournaments. Even if you are registered in a slots tournament, they do not open automatically, as is the case in poker.
When you are registered in a slot tournament, after it starts, you need to open one of the slots that participates in the tournament ( in the description of the tournament specify the names of slots).
On your account in these slots must be the amount of conditional money to play in the tournament. This amount is the same for all participants of the tournament. For a certain time you have to win as much as possible. One of the participants of the tournament will win more the higher you'll climb in the leaderboard.

Like kent said you must to open slot to play in that tournament. I think you have no experience in this and thats the problem. Anyway its not so big money to nervous so much, its small chance to win something.

so now we found new rule about this slots tournament and if this is right,then big casino didnt made anything wrong and everything was good from their side!dont know how many people know about this,but maybe in that was problem,beacuse you waited same as on poker,that window open when tournament start! sorry that you didnt use this,but there will be next chance in december on new calendar!

Dear Mober, if you would try for it you could know how difficult may be. And Kent and peronibar, thanks for your help...you went later but you tried! dule-vu, thank for your wishes! I was there on Sunday, without any help I was little animated to try it, so I was cutting my grass. At 23:05 hs (mind sabotage) I remember the tourney and start my computer. There it was like it should be in the past. The tournament was in the menu with the "playing" classify. I open it and play in there for three hours. The slots are simply and a bit boring, but I use my right to be there. In the middle, I cook, take the dinner and saw some tv. I won something around $70 and the server was collapsed to see how it continue. So I shut the page and never more I open it. The matter was confirmed, there was a bug (at 31/12/2018) that doesn´t allow me to play!

I dont know about the bug you are talking about, but kent is right about the slots tournaments. Tey do not open automatically like poker tournaments. You have a specific time frame in which you have to open the game by yourself and then start spinning You can say it was a new experience, and now you know about it. Congratulations on your win.

You are talking about a different page or game...or you definitively don´t know! I was registered a few days before the tournament star, like the first time at December 31 of last year. That day, the first time, I open the menu five minutes before the tournament start and there was the tourney with my registration. When the time come...the tourney disappear! In the second time, the tournament was kept in the menu with a saying "playing"!

so every member have some theory about it,but on end it last word will be from this casino!what they say or what they give,this will be last and nobody cant change it!they are not big or famous casino,so you cant expect that they will do everything for players,they look for profit! other casino would apologize to you and give you something!

but I´m fine with me, and this is the best gift. I could have left it and lost my chance of play that I won. I claimed with perseverance and I achieved the goal of exercising my right. As I told, I don´t like slots and the matter of make x 45 wager is an abuse. I didn´t worried about the prize that I may have won. I have my prize!

Many sites have a play through requirement that high. Some others even asking you to bet 60x, your winning or bonus. It is hard to clear it, no doubt about that, but with some luck it is possible. You will be able to hit a feature with 70 usd helping you clear the winnings.

Because I won this opportunity and is my right to use it. Then I might play it or not by my own, but nobody can steal me it and want that I keep quiet. Don´t you understand about self respect my friend? I win two tickets to tournaments of slots. One of it I changed for the lottery´s tickets and then another I wanted to play it...simply!

my friend self respect is that you dont moan and dont whine for 20 days to get your prize and to play it and then when you get it,to say that you dont care for prize,that you dont care about money or will you wager it! that whole point!you dont like slots at all,you dont like prize,you will not wager it,but why they hell you wanted to play this prize!20 days on forum for nothing for members!

Agreed. A person asks for help, creates several topics about it. Everyone helps him as much as they can. Then he says he doesn't care. And on legitimate questions answers - "do not molest me" ( I exaggerate). It looks disrespectful, at least.
