we can see how hard is to play something like this every day and to be in profit,because you need to play lot of sng games,as we see he had 6 or 11 $ buy in and you must know that you will not win on all of them!he got great prize for his play and as he say he will play on level that he dont play usually,so will be great story if he win something from this big tickets!

I heard that allot. Players starts at the sng's get some clue about icm and so on and then go to play multi table tourneys. Strange he didn't even realize or known that there is leadearboard going on as it seams to be a serious player not just a rec who wants to have some fun. Anyway that must be some nice extra bucks for bus driver. Congrats to him.

probably he play this games for months,so now he just jumped in promotion and he didnt care much about leaderboard!we can see from news that this type of games is great for him,because of job and personal life and he dont have time to play long tournaments,so he didnt expect that he would find message when he log in! but anyway great job for him!

You will notice that he worked hard playing poker to receive those gift tickets, but he is a British citizen who has a good salary and can make nice wager. Another option would be for him to know poker, make money through his games and managed this performance.

Countries with high economies and salaries have many gamblers who play at a high level. Many talented people do not have a job and live from the poker or other games. This winner has a family and normally there is no big time but he found to play at a high level.

You are very right CALICUL, many people do not have work, and have sought refuge in poker, I think that if money can be made from below, but there are players like this man who shares his work with poker, and it is not bad because always when You start from the bottom, you don't want to quit your job until you make sure you can live off poker, the time is up to you, this man has managed to play at a high level.
I just want to say, that this is good to see, how some people can improve their game and become successful in MTT. As i,ve read he played SNG at the beginning and after that he took some lesson,s of MTT and now he won such a great money. I hope he will spend at least some of this money for his family and for his kids, i,m really think that this is important. And also i want to say thanks for PartyPoker for this opportinity to play this kinds of tournaments.

This man must to keep his job because has two children, but the level at which he plays allows him more free time than other players... who have many tournaments in their attempt to make money. Anyway, he managed something nice.

We all play poker, but each one has their own story behind, it is difficult when you have a family and you put poker as your only income, in poker if you do not have a good bank, you are going to have bad days and you can lose all your money, and how is your family, that's why many bank and when they feel they have enough money to dedicate 100% to poker they retire from their jobs, we should be patient with that, even when we have family.
I believe it,s always better to keep job and play poker at your leisure time. Especially if you have a wife and some kids, you need to be responsible for them. I know, some people can earn money just by playing poker day after day, but this is not for all people and some people just need to go for a work and they always have the opportunity to win some money in their freetime. Right now there are lots of promotions and even freerolls so everyone can participate for free and win some good money for your family.

Players who are profitable have a special talent, because an aggressive style bring a lot of money when you make good moves. I tried to do that, but didn't catch certain strategies and when i lose during the games... i have the impression that my opponents see my cards. I don't know what to say, but is very hard.

In November or December i won two tickets of 109 and 55 dollars from zero. I went into freeroll satellites and got the qualifications. At main tournaments it was not easy ( too close to money at one of them ) but a misery turn give a set for opponent.

Sometimes it happens friend, but to keep trying, sooner or later that great day will come that you can professionalize poker, I know people who have started like this, and now they are living from poker, of course it was not easy at first, they had about to abandon poker, but always the one who perseveres will achieve it, there are many stories, we should take one of them and let them inspire us so as not to faint and continue in this world of poker that is very fun, I like it a lot.
