I believe that they become known when they win many titles, I think that way they gain the respect of the whole world, meanwhile no one knows you, so to reach the elite is not easy, but when they achieve it is a pride for them that they can not explain.

That's right my friend, it depends mostly on the parents and also on the support of the state for that athlete to be great, there is talent in every country in the world, but not everything supports the athletes and that is the key for them to succeed in the future.
