The information stated that the duration of the referral was 4-8 weeks and not to complain until January 30th. I checked my natural8 account today but unfortunately I saw that the prize was still not credited ... could anyone give me some information about this?

Why did you wrote mail?7 days after cashout you think that you will not get money? You have clear terms,where they say 4-8 working days,but sometimes it can take longer,so that period isnt ove!money is usually on friday! Just seat at home and your money will come on your account!
