This is the life. Some agreements are not respected or are canceled. Natural 8 is something unknown to me and i can't give my opinion, but now you must to forget quickly and stay focused with your games.

It's pretty weird what happened to you. At the time I had a similar problem with a prize that I won in the Christmas calendar. I wanted to claim it at the casino, and they were unaware of the promotion. But after conversations with the BRM support (which is true, it took about 2 weeks for the answer) I was able to get a prize in the casino. There was another prize that I never got a solution.

Well, there you have it. Sometimes it takes time but you always get an answer, and in this case I think it's very satisfactory. I mean, maybe you preferred the prize in the casino, but 500 mob points always come in handy. In my case I prefer the points haha. Congratulations on your award. Somehow or another BRM always fixes it.
