Online gambling sites or poker rooms that offer to play poker for free are great options for new players who would like to get a feel for how exactly a Texas Hold'em game works without spending a single cent.
When you are totally new to the game, it is perfectly understandable that you do not want to invest your hard-earned money in a game you know little or nothing about.

888poker is a good room to start from scratch to poker, there are many free tournaments for its users, it also offers incredible promotions and bonuses on your first deposit, a great advantage it has over its competitors.

on sunday i played freerollpoker in 888poker and i won 7 dollars and 60 cents in 3 games. One was a freeroll fan sport, another something with September twitter, and the last one was a bigger tournament that takes place once a month. A good win, but it can be much better.

Play money poker is no poker man . I do not believe you learn poker by playing for play (fake) money . Maybe you learn some basics , this is sth for the beginning of your poker journey . But nothing more . If you want to learn more , better poker , you have to play for real money . You can try freerolls in the beginning , then play this free money at the tables , earn some experiences , get improved .

It is clear that playing with fictitious money does not assure you that you will learn a lot, but it is very useful to know the game and many other things, but in order to really win money and know solid strategies you should always play with real money.

whether it's free money or free tickets, free tournaments, it's all a good incentive and opportunity for new players or those who rarely play. gathering experience and learning does no harm to anyone I won my first big bankroll in a free tournament, there were more than 11400 entrants. 1st place paid 210 dollars, I will never forget the joy I experienced as a new poker player so I must admit the greatness of these opportunities! I think there are many players like me who could somehow make their starting capital with free play, so I always feel grateful

I started playing poker in a social platform , not zynga , I think it was yahoo sth , but I do not remember for sure , it's 20-25 years that have passed since then . It was for fake money , social poker , just to have fun . I started playing for real money somehow late . In the play money social games you get hooked on the game , but on order to be good poker player and compete the others , you really need yo study the game , build a bankroll , follow .bankroll management , play freerolls to help your bankroll grow more .
I have also tried play money games on PS , just to test RNG , but the results were disappointing , cause the players were playing ATC , they didn't have to lose anything , so why not ??
If you have no money of yours at stake , you can play recklessly , even like a stupid , and that destroys the fun of the game , not to say that in these play money games you obtain bad habits , starting playing loose game , calling too much . Anyway , in these PS play money games I didn't extract any good info for RNG , it was a loss of time ...

my first poker room was Full Tilt in 2009, maybe even 2008, i don't know for sure. Pokerstars second room. I didn't have much satisfaction in these rooms, only in Full Tilt there were a few withdrawals, but then came 3 other poker rooms 888, netbet and duck poker and i had profit in them.

most professional players have started from scratch, playing the free games and with a lot of hard work they have managed to grow, these free games are very good and can change stories.

I really like poker and with promotions like this you can grow every year, the freerolls help a lot to those who are just joining this game, that way they can start from scratch.

I like poker too, but sometimes we need to play more with real money to succeed. I think it's good to play satellites and then games for real money, and there the concentration should be high to ensure that profit when we make good games.

PokerStars used to have many freerolls 24/7 , you could play for free freerolls , many different poker variants, like badugi , PLO , 5card Omaha , Razz ,etc , to learn how to play them , and at the same time , you could win a ticket to play in a weekly freeroll for real money , I think it was $2.000 . Those were good times for the freerollers . Also they had more freerolls for different VIP members and levels . Now most of them are gone ..
Other poker rooms used to have more freerolls , more freebuys , better prizepools in the freerolls , nowadays it's not so good as it used to be in the past . But still , the greatest poker rooms offer freerolls and freebuys , in the private lobby or in the main lobby of the poker room . Good opportunity to earn free money, play it in some games , learn how to play better with zero or minimum cost
