Right then..... where to start.
Ok i have been playing action for a couple of months its been ok the software is a bit dodgey but hey i can get past it. Ok I have been participating in there promotion WPS (World Poker Supremacy) which ive done quite well in and im 10th on the leaderboard. Ok with this you get a 200% reload bonus which is cool. So today ive come to cash out what ive won in the last few days and i get a cash out declined email a few hours later. On action poker you now have to work off any bonus you have before you can cash out This can take a while to earn off. They have only made this rule last month, Im sure all poker players would agree that this is the worst rule ever you should be able to take your money when ever you want.
It is your money after all
No poker site has ever done this and now im refusing to play on the site and looking to close my account.
Theres no point having these promotions if you cant cash out thats what we are here for is to make money and by right its our money.

I have played a lot of casino bonuses, so i am used to tough cash out restrictions. For poker rooms such a policy is quite unusual. Was this rule introduced before you made your deposit, or after?

Well after i had 2 bonuses pending last time i withdrew. Its not like i play for the bonuses its a reward for the leaderboard pretty much the only thing you do get.

site have terms and conditions to stop players ripping em of,which would be easy if you made half a bonus then cashed out.they should allow your original deposit to be withdrawn but all other moneys may be forfeted.

The site has terms and conditions and these should be about freebankrolls not deposit bonuses how can i rip them of if i havent even finished earning enough points towards a bonus lol these bonuses are released when you have earnt the certain amount of points needed , its not done bit by bit. so there is no profit to be made from deposit bonus, Also i wasnt even cashing my bankroll out just a random amount i have made the past 2 days. i still would have been left with alot to play, Non of it makes sense to me.

This thing is new and it does suck. It is not some playable casinobonus where they can argue that you played with their money. Ok void the bonus but let people have control of their money.
