Not that a million is that much money anymore,( but I would take it ), what would you do with it? A co-worker of mine just won and funnily enough is staying working, and doing nothing more than taking a vacation in DECEMBER !!! So I decided to do a poll about this. Please vote and leave your comment below.
I would likely start up my very own Columbian drug cartel. I would be Tre Escobar and I would have Johnny Depp fly in to buy 100% pure Columbian cocaine from me

Lol, nice one I would pay for a guy to secure my money and manage them to grow and I would only withdraw the amount above 1mln $ and use to live with it with no job and lots of free time

Iid keep working i enjoy it, more hols, pay of mortgage, few cars few trials bikes, family is ok so its all mine :} Invest some, thinking of it not an awfull lot would change, the best bit wold be freeing up my time.
I agree with you: most of winning to give back money to bank ( for buying my house ), children, couple of week spent on Seychelles and the remain to play against Antonius, Hansen, Durr and others

I will enjoying my hard earn lucky money to go travelling all over the world, buy house and sporty car. Saving for my loves one and my family. Again still part of it will use for investment or gambling again.

Well I am one of the "boring" ones as well pay off house, buy nutty neighbors property and expand mine, buy a 68 charger RT , buy into one half decent poker tourny,( reasonable amount of course), and basically sit on the rest.

Thinking about it you would need to invest quit wisely these days to make 1mill last especialy if your gonna share it out a bit. But id defo move up the stakes a little hahaha

Thats the thing 1 million is not the same as it was years ago. Now my hubby makes that is 8 years, and with our combined incomes less than 5, so that is why I did a poll, to get some reactions.

If I won 1 mio I think I would take some sabatical months, my boss (I am self employed) would not mind I guess Some of the cash will be used to get married with my girlfriend (after I visit Vegas on my own) So a trip to Vegas in the sabatical. The rest will be invested.....
I would keep on working ofcourse
If you want to stop working with 1 mio you should move to India or some other poor country...there it lasts much longer

I wouldn't invest it back in poker. If I won it in poker which would be truly outstanding I'd be happy to retire from poker a rich man. I wouldn't become a pro and gamble thousands in one poker game like we see on telly. And if I won it on the lottery which would be even more outstanding since I've never played and never intend to I wouldn't throw it away losing to some poker pros.
I wouldn't however spend it on the boring things. I've no dream of becoming poker pro but I have ambitions of being a famous director. So I guess I'd invest it in making my first film. Or finance one of my other ambitious projects. I may still end up blowing it all but I'd enjoy it much more.
