Congratulations. Go on like that. I didn't get such a big cash until now. Problem at me is often, that i don't have luck. When i have a strong hand, i very often don't get clients to pay me out. I was also playing tight agressive at the beginning of the tournaments - without success. Now i changed in the first blind-levels to a more loose-agressive style. We'll see!

Posted by HyggloBurro: My second poker room on the web was Partypoker, and I signed up there just because I've heard the name and would get a certain odds calculator for free. I hadn't played a lot of internet-poker, but had some solid poker- and mathskills, so I thought I'd give it a chance.
I looked around and discovered the whole satellite-tournament business and decided to give it a chance. First I studied some books about tournament poker, and then I went at it: A 3$ satellite to the weekly 300K tournament. I did good in the satellite and won a ticket.
Sunday night, I got ready with a couple of beers in the fridge, a variety of food ready if needed and my girlfriend in full responsibility of the baby. With full concentration I played along the guidelines I've read about. I went along great, but then I lost a lot of chips against a bad player who played a pair of 3:s against my kings and got a straight. Shortly after that there was a break so I could take a deep breath and get my head cleared.
So i struggled along, made the payouts and played pretty good. Suddenly, it was all over, I went all in against a better hand, but I finished 25th, which gave me 1500$. Not bad for my first week!
