theres ppl who dont care/think about money either because its virtual money or they simply can afford it and need the stimulation playin with money. usualy thats the best opponent you can get to play against ! so I dont get why you wouldnt play there anymore if it was related on luck oK, but as you say they have no knowledge = ATM

Actually, are you sure they told you to make a deposit, and not instead to put your account in REAL MODE? In order to receive the bonus, your account has to be set in real mode, but you dont have to make a deposit.
To set your account in real mode, you only have to enter your account, press "cashier" nd fullfill the information they ask.
But I repeat it< you DONT HAVE to make any deposit...

I'm used to iPoker so I know how crap the players are on the network, but also know with patience and tighter play you can over come it.
I started out ok with my $7.70, came 2nd in a 6-handed sng, then entered a $3.85 circus game with one of my tokens. that went well up until I got KK and it was sucked out on the river by AJ, the board was something like 689TQ - sick. I re bought in, and didn't get one good hand after ... what a waste. So I had just over $3 in the account this morning and went to a Pot limit Omaha 2c/4c cash table - left it with $12
Something to try build on later on, and will look out for a circus game for my tokens too. You can turn it around.

why was my account "temporarily" locked last year? support never answered. what happened to the money on the account? can you close the account and send me the money?

Hi Helene I won one of the free tourneys cashing around 140 usd. I want to make a withdrawal but when I tried to do that from the client it was not an option. Hope u help me out so I get some summerscash.

If it is as normal , you have to deposit before you can cash-out.
And probebly you have to leave 7,7$ in your account.

Since I am account manager for affiliate, I am not allowed to enter the player's database, for security reason. I cant help on that point. If your account have been locked, its because there is a logical reason. Write again to : [email protected] and you are going to get an answer, for sure.

what makes you so sure i get an answer this time? i wrote 20 messages on this topic between 26th of august 2008 and 16th of january 2009 already before i finally gave up.

t is absolutely not normal that they didnt give you any explanation why your account has been blocked. Do a new try, and put my email in cc of the message: [email protected]

oh i sended another email already (its not that i am not taking advice. im just pretty pessimistic after receiving no answer at all for 6 months (EDIT: actually its almost a full year without response. i however stopped writing after roughly 6 months) and some other VERY bad experience i made with the poker770 support). i will forward you the message and keep you informed. thanks for your help

is it possible to cashout in this way if the bankrollmob-bonus is not cleared and is there any barrier of the status-points before i can cashout? today i made a 1st and a 3rd( this one with a bankrollmob-token ) place in tournaments.as i´m not a cash-gamer my status-points will grow slowly..
if it was related on luck oK, but as you say they have no knowledge = ATM
