Poker legend Doyle Brunson was eliminated from the WSOP Main event on Day 1b which was played on Saturday.
Doyle, who is now 75 years old won the Main event back in 1976 and 1977 have cashed twice in this years WSOP but have not added any bracelets to his collection. When he finished 7th in the $10K buy in Seven Card Stud Hi/Lo event it was his best finish in a WSOP event since 2007.

Its sad to watch Doyle going away so soon. He is one of those figures wich gives more quality to the tournament, just for being present. "- I went to a tournament. - Yeah,so? - Doyle was there... - Ahhh..."
But i am sure there will be plenty more other years to watch him play at WSOP!
ohh poor doyle brunson =) he isn't rich enough =) he should let the young play and win now =) he had had his chances now long enough !! maybe there will be another new star now =)

Yep, I think the same, Doyle Brunson is cult and I personally like to watch him play poker.

Doyle Brunson is a good player and has a lot of experience but personally, I think that nowadays there are better players than him. Chris Moneymaker for me is not one of them!
