This is what happens at FullTilt when you are about to clear the "No Deposit" bonus and $100 free bonus. I got suspended this week at FT for almost meeting my "No Deposit Bonus" requirements and the free $100 give away. They suspended me 100 FPP's away so I can't clear it. They froze my account and demand to seel proof of ID, house bills, phone bill and my credit card statement or bank statement, home or auto insurance, etc. All I did was open a FT account for a free bankroll and am about to clear it along with the free $100 bonus they started to offer toward the end of July. I have been dealing with FT support, cashier, and the IT department and suspending me is the best they could do to stop me. So guess I am done with FT. It feels like they are treating me like I am commiting fraud! I asked them why I was suspended and they can't give me any answers, so I told them I am going to post this info to let people know they are a scam. I am about to meet all requirements in FPP's, then I will be able to cash out money without making any deposit of my own money, so now I can't...WTF. This is messed up, never thought I would come across this in my life. Got this in an email from FT: RE: Full Tilt Poker Support - Your Technical Issue (*****)‏ <I blocked it out for personal reasons> Please be advised that your Full Tilt Poker account has been suspended ****** and the list goes on ********

It is not true that they are a scam!! I already clear bonus at full tilt and cash out after. I cash out about 500 dolares in 2 weeks and no trouble. In 3 days i clear the bonus, cash out by bank transfer and nothing happened. If they request proof id, is simple... just give the proofs and your account will be clear again!! Or you have more accounts at full tilt???

I really dont get how people say sites like PS and Full tilt are scams, THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS of people play there, do you think they are actually stupid or what?
I don't have multiple accounts and I don't use a poker bot either, I don't even chat to other players so I don't talk horrible to people. I didn't encounter any trouble until getting close to the bonus and couldn't log in anymore, so I contacted support. I wasn't a jerk about it either, I just informed them I couldn't log in. Also, the part that made me get so mad I couldn't get support to respond. Sometimes it would take a few days. I am an easy going and patient person. I even gave it more time because I know they launched new software and assumed it was having some bugs to work out.

Maybe someone reported you as 'collusion', 'chip dumping' or something like that and when FTP investigated on that, they saw something wrong and decided to call it collusion. I'm not sure, it's just an option I'm giving about your suspension. But for sure you must have done something wrong to be suspended. They would not ban people for nothing.

To me it sounds like they suspect multiple accounts, and if you've never had an account of full tilt previously (even for play money) just send them the information they ask for and I'm sure you will be able to cash out peacefully.

Why are you so upset about all this ? YOU agreed to the fact that they can close your account without informing you first and they also have the right to "freeze" your account until you send them the identification they are asking for. What are the problem in sending some identification/phone bills ?
Full tilt poker decisions are final in all matters ... and YOU HAVE agreed to it. The house always win

There must be something wrong with your account otherwise why would they suspend your account. they must be suspecting multiple accounts or collusion,if you think you are innocent then just upload the documents and clear it with them.
