OK.... You should have had an email from our security team requesting some documentation from you as we don't have your address on file with us (when we have cashouts where players have never deposited we have to be able to show player info if requested). I'm not going to detail exactly what we need on here for your security but please pop onto live chat and we can resolve it for you.

Hi, I wanted to cash out/transfer my Funds to the "Available Cash" Section but there is written "Transfers are currently not available". When will they be??? I got ~1600 Points, so I should be eligable to cash out. PLZ help...
Edit: It is although impossible to redeem Cash for Points, but why?
