A total of 319 players came to start in APPT Cebu, 105 players Day 1a and 214 players Day 1b. Of these 319 players, 108 made it to Day 2 of the tournament, which is being played at the moment. So far 45 players have been sent packing, and now there are 63 players left as the big money is getting closer and closer.

Since about 15 minutes ago the tournament has a new chip leader, Dong-bin Han. This is the hand that gave him the lead:

Flop comes ASpadeQClub7Club. Nquyen bets 15,000 and was raised to 35,000 by Han. Nquyen announced an all in after some time of thinking and Han then calls straight away. Both players flip over their hole cards

Han: 7Spade7Heart
Nquyen: ADiamondKDiamond

250,000 chips is now in the pot and Han has a big advantage as his opponent needs to get a lucky turn and river to stay in the tournament.

Turn 9Diamondand river 8Heart is no help for Nquyen and he's out of the tournament.

Han is the new chipleader with 340,000.

Those nasty sets. Guy with AK had to push, to many draws that his opponent could be raising with.

the flop was very nasty for Nquyen when he flopped the top pair with the best possible kicker. Probably I would go bust too.
