Holyfield's new career

Evander Holyfield, 47, from the United States is a multiple world champion in boxing. Evander Holyfield is especially known for the classics fights against Mike Tyson and George Forman where he won quite easy. Now the ex-champ is taking on a new challenge in life - to work as spokesman and be a joint owner for a poker site.

The poker site Evander Holyfield has signed a contract with are quite unique as they are having real dealers instead of computers shuffling and dealing the cards. Whether or not Holyfield is good at poker, I have no clue about. However, if he plays poker live, I'm sure he get a lot of respect at the poker table. I mean, he's not the kind of guy you want to upset! Smile

I'd like to see if Phil Helmuth would have the guts to badmouth Holyfield if Holyfield ever won after a bad play.

I dont think Holyfield will ever appear in any tv show or even close to that. Hell probably stick with being the part of ownership.

I remember once in High Stakes Poker "The Simpsons" co producer Sam Simon was playing also with the big shots, and he got beaten up so bad in there lol, even against Hellmuth Blink

Hahaha, well TECHNICALLY, it's not. It's all about the math . . . the BUSINESS of making poker profitable for a casino-type house/corporation, well, that IS all about the MONEY (which, ultimately, is still rooted in MATH and some science). Anyways, I think the prospect of live video feed of the cards being dealt IRL is boss. Cool I'm not some RNG conspiracy nut, and even if there are algorithms to tilt the scales between (mostly aggro) fish and everyone else, poker played within a casino/house is mostly controlled similarly, but less efficiently, with card sharp dealers. Nonetheless, the experience of real dealers/live video makes my mouth water. Rush Poker would probably still be my game of choice, though. Big Smile

It's a pretty weird site. I wonder what the traffic there is like.
