Yep good news indeed, as the were going to declair bankrupcy leaving all without a penny, but think the realised they couldent, Id advise any one to stay well clear from these sites from now on, they were about to rip everyone off and start again...thats why so many people went to Party Poker, good name one thats proven to be trustworthy, shame I cant log in ;[

I really hope that all united states players will get their money back from ultimate bet and absolute poker. Still i think they aren't out of the woods yet considering the major loss of poker traffic they had after the black friday. The majority of players were from united states and canada, so from there they get the rake dollars, not their income are down a lot.
B1gfoot i don't think all sites wanted to rip off their members, i mean surely not pokerstars and full tilt poker. As for ultimate bet and absolute poker it's possible that they simply don't have the financial power to give the money back to their us members. For me personally the only incovinience after the black friday was that i can't withdraw money anymore using moneybookers from my full tilt poker account, other than that i can't really say there is such a big difference after the unites states players aren't more allowed on the tables.
