WPT Super High Roller: Seidel and Lindgren continue the heads-up today

Erick Lindgren and Erik Seidel are the last 2 players in the WPT World Championship Super High Roller event at Bellagio in Las Vegas. Yesterday, during level 20, tournament director Jack McClelland gave Seidel and Lindgren the option to play it out or take a break and continue the day after. Both players agreed that they would prefer to take a break.

Today at 12:30pm the heads-up will resume. It will for sure be a very thrilling match to follow since both players are extremely good and have plenty of chips to gamble with. And of course the first place prize of $1,092,780 adds to the thrill!

Here are the chip stacks they will be returning to:

Erik Seidel - 7,120,000 (71 BBs)
Erick Lindgren - 4,480,000 (45 BBs)

erik seidel has a good chip lead but only 1 hand can change that and hes against lindgren, so its gonna be a tough game till either of them can win it. gl to both of them Blink

I hope Lindgren will win it. Both are very good players, Lindgren isn't one of my favourites, but I don't really like Seidel Tongue When it comes to heads up leading 1,6:1 isn't good at all, espescially when both have 40+ BBs. I think in the early stages there won't be very much action, but when someone will drop to 2 or 3:1 then it'll be interesting Smile But as SuperNoob mentioned it takes just one all in from Lindgren and Seidel can be behind Smile

Everyone is now betting on Seidel for sure, but it will be tight. Having the possibility to play for 1 million in game is not for everyone. Getting there is great, so they will do everything they can to win.

Seidel in on a roll right now, he is chipleader and has the momentum, so he is clearly the favorite to win this high roller tournament.

Go Erik Seidel! Erik is becoming one of my favourite players of all but i'm sure it won't equal my all time favourite, Phil Ivey. Erik is one of those old style players, it's incredible how he can concentrate on the game so many hours at the time, i mean online of course you would play a lot more hands but it's not easy at all the sit at a poker table for so many hours and take the best decisions.
I was sure after i saw the final table that Erik will be one of the best players in competition and with a larger stack i'm pretty confident he will came out victorious.
